I am disappointed to the services provided. I requested that the debit order be cancelled the beginning month end it was not cancelled. I was debited again. I blame myself of trusting their team

I have used Uber eats for years but this behaviour that is being provided by the driver is the worst behaviour. Am not going to be treated as if am eating for free. They do business because of us. I tried reaching out several times, only to be met with vague responses and no concrete updates. My experience with Vertex Solution was very bad , and I would never recommend their services to anyone. If you need something done on time, look elsewhere.

Having the worst experience. Automation and customer care worst ever. I have been standing for 30 Minutes for my order and I have been asked 3 times what did I order. Not happy
When you owe Capitec your account will never be paid up. Months in arrears not updated and when they see that you are about to finish paying they increase interest by 2 and add unnecessary charges every month. This is not fair Capitec is a ****. FNB workers are rude they cut off the line while you talking to them. Have tried getting help since early this year until now. All they want is pay unnecessary amounts. How can you owe when you have a settlement letter. This is frustrating my credit score is rejected and there is nothing i can do.
I do not understand why i should keep on paying the account even if i have a paid up letter. After months the account has been paid up now i have to budget and pay again.
