Hi,I purchased an item on 3 Feb and paid for it via my debit card and I was debited for the amount.Today I receive an email that it has been canceled by myself. Very poor service an very poor communication.

We always were frequent customers of Circus Circus Galleria. Service was good and they served very tasty food at very reasonable prices. Waiters and all staff were well trained and served with a passion. I was recently very disappointed with them on "Mothers day". I phoned in the previous day for a reserved place for my wife and myself. I was told that is was a system of "first come first serve"policy. When we arrived there on the day we were told that it would be beter for us to go elsewhere as they were battling to serve the customers that were already there although there were alot of chairs not occupied. We again started to frequent Circus Circus Galleria and we found the service to be very poor. We actually opted to go over to Mug and Bean for our beverage.
I previously rated Rain because I was harassed by them because I wanted to end my contract because the suddenly illness and ultimate death of my daughter which found me ****m away fom home and my Rain wifi for about a year they observed that I was not using any data. I had endless problems contacting them and eventually I got hold of them via Google maps and spoke to one of their management team and she assured me that she would credit me with the last month's payment. She also informed me that I should hand back the Router which was I did after again communication problem. Recently I received a sms from NuDebt debt collectors stating that my case was handed over to them and the requested me to pay back the money which I was exonerated from. Please go back on the previous reviews and see the communication I had with Rain and their replies.
I received a message from Rain whose debt I have sorted out about 18 months ago.(see review of Rain). I phoned NuDebt and I was kept holding for 30 minutes. I believe if you are going to run a successful business which is customer friendly you must ensure that rapid response is strived for.
My parcel was supposed to have arrived today. I am still waiting for it at 19h00 on Friday 29 September2023. It is now 08:30 on 30 September 2023 and of course it's a Saturday and offices are closed until Monday. Just reading through all the reviews where most are 1 star most people that are forced to use Fastway Couriers(Durban) because the company that organizes the order(mostly from China)uses them because they are cheap Fortunately my parcel does not contain anything that is desperately urgent. It seems like the problem we face as consumers captured in this system is not the fault of the drivers and operators but the main cause is top Management and even the owners
Well organized and efficiently run. Students swiftly show improvement in their grades. Friendly staff . It is important that if your child is struggling with Mathematics or Science that you enrole them as soon as you can and you will take the pressure off yourself, and most of all from your child. The whole family will experience a sense of contentment and satisfaction. Master Maths Amanzimtoti has recently been relocated to a much safer environment and is now in a well secured gated shopping centre.The centre has also r been revamped and the size and space for the students increased.
