Good Morning I have two policies with Sanlam sky. SP70860627 and SP70583074. On Friday 16 January 2026, I received two sms's which read " Dear Anastasia thank you for your loyalty to Sanlam. We are excited to inform you that your Cashback benefit is now available for payout on policy SP70583074. When I wanted to submit a claim as instructed I was informed that there is no cashback available.
I ordered several items from takealot early January. The company did not deliver my items but on the tracking details it is indicated as delivered. There is no way to contact takealot or the courier company. They ***ken useless. The order is 200809004

I ordered a few things on the 15th of December 2023 from Takealot.com. Need I say that this will be my very last time. On the 21st of December 2023 I received a sms that the parcel will be delivered by 17:00. To this day I am still waiting for feedback and Takealot is blaming CourierIt and CourierIt is blaming their branches. I just want my money back and have been trying to communicate this to Takealot however their interface is so poor. There is no tab to request a refund. My order number is 142866687
Indeed the worse insurer. This is my second review in one month. This insurer takes your monthly installment like clockwork but come time of honouring their end of the deal they are quite. I submitted a claim for a ****** car on the 5th of June 2023. To date I don't have a single clue of what is happening with the claim. They changed consultants without telling me the reason for it. The call centre is unavailable so no recourse to follow up. I give up on this insurer. Nqobile Mthetwa is working with my claim but no response to emails.
My bakkie was ****** on the 5th of June 2023. Thus far I have only received 1 email from Discovery requesting documents. No update on what is happening with the claim or that they have received the documents. I have called the claim processor twice from my cellphone and have been sent from pillar to post. I have uploaded the documents on the discovery insure website. Still no response. Lolo Gwababa who is dealing with the claim doesnt even respond or check up on how we are doing since such a traumatic event.
I submitted a death claim for my aunt on the 22nd of November 2021. On the 23rd I received a response that I have to make an affidavit because the date of birth was incorrectly captured. I did that the very same day. On the 24th I received an sms stating that the death claim will be delayed because head office has to change the policy because of a R16 difference. Since the 1st of December I have been trying to make follow up however was only met with rude call centre agents who drop the phone in your ear. Yesterday I was told that a payment was made however they deducted the monthly installment from the claim because we as clients have a habit of canceling the policy after claiming. Guess what! I have not been paid and will pay double for this month. I am taking this matter to the ombudsman too. Metropolitan only has lip service.
Can I wake up from this nightmare please!! I made a claim on Thursday, ********** 8 with Nedbank Insurance and was referred to Brolink. Got 2 sms's to state claim was received and 2 assessor appointed. After that it went dead silent. I have to call and beg for information. I was told the assessor will call me. I am still waiting. Even my claim handler has now gotten an attitude. When this is all over I am moving all my card and businesses from both Brolink and Nedbank. Damn worse service.
