I had an excellent stay at Khayalami Hotel in Emalahleni from 16 to 18 April 2026. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and well-managed, and it’s clear that attention to detail is a priority here. The staff really stood out — always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests are satisfied. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The service is consistently excellent, and we’d like to give special praise to Mr. Junior—whether he’s a supervisor or manager, he truly leads by example. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at Engen 1 Stop North Coast, Felixton! Our waitress, Ms. Phiweh Mncwango, gave us exceptional service—friendly, efficient, and always with a warm smile. She made our group of six feel so welcome and ensured everything was perfect. This was a special reunion, as the other five in our group were my high school friends from 2006, visiting me all the way from PMB Imbali. It was a nostalgic and memorable moment, and Ms. Phiweh’s hospitality made it even better. The food was fresh, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall service was top-notch. Feedback on Vodapay Service – Disappointing Experience
Dear Vodacom, I am writing to express my disappointment with the Vodapay service, particularly regarding the transition from the Vodacom app to the Vodapay app. After the migration, my account was suddenly locked without any explanation. I have reached out to your support team multiple times, only to be informed that my case has been escalated to the back office. However, I have received no feedback or assistance in unlocking my account, which has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive. I expected a smoother transition and responsive support from Vodacom, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
