Whatever you do don’t do business with PayPal
Nothing is more stressful than PayPal. They closed my account on the first transaction I had because they are using AI or robot to review documents. I opened a business account with them and the decided to permanently close the account 2 seconds after I’ve submitted my documents. I ended up loosing business because of this and paying back my clients even though I didn’t even receive the money cause my account is locked and I’ll only be able to transfer the money after 6months. This is not fair. Imagine loosing over $2000 because of this.

They ***** food with their drivers
If you want to get your food ****** and go to bed hungry order food Del Forno Townsquare using Uber eats. The driver stole my food and Uber said they can’t even refund my money. The driver said my food was delivered that time they didn’t even have a code to confirm the delivery. Ubereats it’s just an app that condones theft with their drivers. I’m very disappointed

Disappointed with PnP ASAP
I’m so disappointed with PnP ASAP I placed an order on the 01 December 2024 at 15:35 I haven’t received my order up until now. The app is not updating and couldn’t even cook dinner for my family cause y’all didn’t deliver my grocery and when I realised that it’s been over an hour the store suddenly close.

I want my full deposit back
Indluplace/AFCO is the worse rental agency I’ve ever dealt with. With poor communication and customer service. I am still fighting for my deposit from them as they are telling me I need to pay for painting of a place that was painted 4months before I leave. Even the painting came after 3months of me complaining cause they didn’t do any maintenance on the property before I moved in. On the inspection when I evacuated the property it clearly stated that the walls and everything was clean and undamaged now I’m shocked when they told me I need to pay for paining that is not even required.

Don’t sign up for this. I regret it
They debited me for something I didn’t even use and cancelled. Telling me that I was in arrears. How does one become in arrears for a month to month SIM card. From my understanding when I signed up. You don’t pay then the wifi goes off and that was that now they are running this as if it’s a contract. I cancelled on Feb and the WiFi went off immediately now on the 25th of March they debited 2 R499 claiming it’s for 2 months, 2 months now when the wifi was off cause I cancelled

Best Customer service
I had the best customer service at Russells Randburg all the stuff there was so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Georgina for helping me out as a first time bed owner she explained everything to me and her communication skills were top tier. Thank you to the whole team for an amazing service. Keep it up

Poor service and dirty apartment
It’s so sad that I’ve been staying in one of their apartments in Progress house. They promised to do maintenance the first week I moved in it’s been 2months now the apartment is still not painted and very dirty. They were supposed to fumigate as well but still nothing. Now I’m staying in a dirty apartment full with ****roaches and yet I’m paying full rent.

Not happy with the service
Bought an Bennett read Airfryer at Game Parow canter and they **** and gave me display Airfryer with a dent for a normal special price. There was no price on it when I asked they said it’s R1599 just because it’s a display only to find out that’s actually the normal price for it. To my understanding you get a discount if you buy a display in store. When I called them they were not helpful at all

Bad customer service
Worse place I’ve ever came across. I spend a whole 2 weeks sending back to back emails trying to make a reservation only to tell me that they are fully booked. I’m stuck with a voucher that I bought for valentines now I can’t even use that cause they full booked since they took their own time to reply. I tried calling the number is not even going through. I’m so disappointed and angry
