Bought items for R99 each QTY 86. It showed instock. Next day I was advised out of stock and 0 available but backorder can be placed but NOT at the same price. Waiting time 6 weeks and not providing same price as items bought. Clearly Firstshop does not honor items pricing when possibly listed incorrectly. False advertising at it's best. Now a lot of admin and documents to supply when the Refund is needed. Just created admin, will invoice Firstshop for my time wasted. Junk platform.
The email function of FNB payments is heavily delayed from around 6 months ago. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this with FNB Technical but I only receive trivial feedback like remove your IN-Contact recipient and add it again. Other banks I bank with email notification is received within 1 or 2 minutes on any EFT's that banks into my business account. FNB sometimes takes 2 hours for these emails and delay is NOT on GMAIL Side or my email server side since other banks emails received immediately. I rely on this email system to ensure my staff receives payments banked to release stock and now I get calls every day when a customer waits instore trying to pickup something of which he did a FNB to FNB Payment and staff does not receive email on EFT banked. This is extremely frustrating and costing me private time and interruptions. Fix you email system for InContact banked EFT's. It has been a issue for 6 months and due to this reason I will move my account to another bank if not resolved soon. ABSA and Capitec does not have an issue or delays and emails received immediately.
******* Debit Order deductions on 1 Nov 2025. I do not have a Teljoy account and causing me additional admin to sort this. Spam Calling me 5x a day. I bought nothing from you and did not subscribe or give any consent for you to spamcall me multiple times a day
I have a 6 year old installation in a 4 x 5kW Axpert Inverter setup with 20 x Pylontech US2000 Plus (And some new US2000C Top batteries in Cabinets for failed US2000C Plus Replacements). US2000 Plus Batteries started failing 1 or 2 at a time since 2 years ago with 900-1100 cycles on the batteries. Initially when installed in 2017 Pylontech approved the 53.2v Float/Absorption charge settings for the 10 year warranty and it was submitted to them by installer. 2 Years ago they replaced 2 batteries. The voltages on inverters was then adjusted by installer due to 2 batteries failing to a lower voltage 52.7v Absorption and 52.4v float, according to installer Pylontech's new recommendation is lower voltages to prevent overvoltage which still indicates the batteries are charged 100% full after the settings changed, so voltages seemed fine. Earlier this year another 2 batteries started to discharge faster than other's and Pylontech did not replace it and attributed it to overcharge voltages. How can 2 batteries in 2 cabinets fail out of 20 due to overvoltage but other's are fine (4 x 5 Strings of batteries, 5 batteries per inverter). Insurance declined physical or electrical damage claim and attributed it to wear and tear. Pylontech should cover battery usage (Wear and Tear) for 10 years correct ? If warranty not covering these batteries and insurance not covering it under electrical/surge no option exist to recover my assets ? Last week I noticed another battery discharging faster than other's and since Pylontech is not replacing I opened it to check if swollen. It was swollen as attached as the previous ones which they did not replace so I did not care I if voided the warranty by opening it. Today another US2000 Plus started discharging faster than other's. All battery cycles since installed 6 years ago are less than 1200 Cycles. Since day 1 battery monitoring was done (1st ICC then then swopped to Solar Assistant), battery voltages never exceed 53.2v and the past year never exceeded 52.7v after lower voltages set on inverters. Cut-off voltage done before reaching minimum voltages around 20% battery remaining on cut-off but low voltage according to Pylontech warranty replacement was not the problem, overvoltage was. Battery temps as per 3 months graphs indicates battery temps are within suitable temp ranges. I can only monitor 8 batteries at a time due to US2000 Plus limitations but I swop the monitoring console cable to a different set of batteries every 3 or 4 months to check if batteries still good. So 6 Batteries failed out of 20 and Pylontech attributes this to overvoltage and only 2 replaced. I will rather not recommend Pylontech for honoring their 10 years warranty at this stage. I also queried them dates of which overvoltages occured but they just ignored me.

Had ***** on my credit card and ABSA resolved the issue within 4 days and refunded the funds. Happy with the service provided by ***** Division
Been doing business with HDCabling for several years. Staff are friendly and knows there products and will suggest alternatives if a solution is not as needed. Online orders I placed were dispatched same or next day and communication was done professionally.
Had ***** on my credit card on 07/10/2024 value R 2735 total. Reported it 10min after I noticed it on ABSA *****. The card is with me, only used on my phone Samsung Wallet and no one has access to it. 3D Secure to authorize payments is activated on my card for EACH Manual transaction I do but when the ***** took place on Uber Eats (never had an Uber Eats Account) no 3d Secure prompt was received on ABSA App. On a previous occasion I had R 13700 deducted and 2 months later ABSA ***** is querying the details over and over again which I have provided to them. If you bank with ABSA, be sure your money is lost when their systems fail you or you open a ***** case it is futile. All cases have been reported when funds still showed "UNCLEARED" and card stopped. But still they cannot stop an uncleared account. Ridiculous
Someone created a **** account in the USA with my credit card details which is available nowhere except in my wallet. Card not lost. Uber Eats approved the transactions and no way to contact them since I DO NOT HAVE an Uber Eats account. R 2735 was purchased on my credit card. I provided the transaction ID's to Uber Eats and they are not helpful and referring me to my financial institution without checking who ordered on my card with transaction ID's. useless bunch of ****mers. They got money and they can trace it to where it was delivered to but absolutely useless
