UNABLE TO CORRECT MY DETAILS FOR OVER 10 YEARS
I am fruitlessly trying for more than 10 years to change my names as they have it incorrect. In December I was prompted to do FICA again, and submitted my id as well. How on earth can they do my FICA but still have my names incorrect. I have given up on them to correct it!

HORRIFICE OR SHALL I SAY NOT SERVICE AT MAKRO - INCOMPETENET, RUDE
Makro is the most *********** business in the entire South Africa! I bought online Royal Canin cat food and Ricoffy. The cat food can be delivered but I have to go into the store Centurion to collect the coffee? The cat food was R1 700 which qualify me for free delivery. I called the helpline and the 1st person put the phone down in my ear and the 2nd one informed me she cannot change it I have to collect the coffee from the store. I told her in that case I will collet both in store. Yesterday the delivery guy called me to deliver the cat food despite me calling and sending an email to Makro that I will collect. I called Kagiso the delivery guy and told him to deliver it to Makro. Today I have been harassed and called 5 times to arrange delivery of the cat food. REALLY!!!!!!!!!

UNHELPFUL STAFF
Keabetswe Prince Phale is the most unhelpful person in that hospital who does not want to assist? I received a statement from my medical aid that an amount was short paid so I was looking for the invoice to make payment but instead was met with the most unhelpful person !

NO SERVICE AT ALL FROM CHECKERS PET SCIENCE
Checkers Pet Science. What a useless store and all of them. I Do believe if I buy food every month to the amount of R2000 at least for 2 Maine **** cats, for 3 years and I request lamb flavour you can really go the extra mile to get it - but instead I was referred to go to Cape Town store by the consultant? Really!! ***********, RUDE AND USELESS
I ordered from Temu and paid my vat and they have my parcel since July and refuse to sent it to me, or answer my calls or emails. This company is ***********. All they do is add daily they have a problem with my parcel? They are lying as there is no problem - vat is paid so why the delay. Please refrain from using Fastway.

RUDE ARROAGANT UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO ASSISTANCE
They dont even deserve one star! What an excuse for a delivery company with the most arrogant and rudest staff answering the calls. They dont want to assist and only ***** your money if you buy from Temu. Please refrain from using Buffalo couriers. The Courier Guy is the best!!
