Very much heartbroken and disappointed, bought a vehicle which I did not take home with me because of the poor state it was in, rat **** and all, and advised the staff I was no longer interested they said they can only do a buy back as I had paid already and they are offering me 40 % of what I paid when I didn’t even move the car an inch which is still in their premises, why am I being ripped of 62 & of what I paid? I need someone to urgently intervene here
My online Order has been pending pickup since the 27th, no sense of urgency and they quick to point out the SLA of up to 5 days, a huge thumbs down 👎🏽
Bought tickets a day ago, and I’m being taken from pillar to post, not to mention their WhatsApp chat the. idiots are playing possum, event is for today there is no sense of urgency and professionalism, I have wasted my airtime calling them as I get answered after 20 min, this has now cost me more money and need someone senior to call me ASAP
I have been taken from pillar to post by the support consultants, they advised that my profile was blocked due to their ***** system picking up anomalies and blocked my profile as a precautionary measure. I have then verified and they are playing possum. Let’s do each other a fovor if you don’t wanna do business with me anymore please close my profile and delete all my information

****ty Service and no product knowledge from Tshegofatso Dilotshotle, I have been ordering and making payment through payflex and my order has been instantly confirmed, today I make an order the same way and I’m being told to wait 24 ****** hours for payment to reflect? This is through payflex and not my own bank
Very Disappointed on how I was treated by Alungile from Ocean Basket Southgate Mall, we came in yesterday at 18:55 and we where not allowed to dine in she only said they only do takeout and to my surprise a Muslim family was allowed to dine in. Their food came same time as ours
Talk about a company that does not live up to their promises, my query is way out of the agreed SLA, because of incompetence I had to cancel the order because the SLA was not met, they advised cancellation would take 24-48 hours I’m still waiting from the 26th
This is a company built on Incompetence, been following up on my order for the past 2 weeks and all i get is a generic response saying my order will be delivered with 3 to 5 days, 2 weeks has lapsed and when cahttinf to their agents online they just disconnect the chat without assisting, very poor and i will never shop outside of south africa due to this
