The most pathetic municipality I’ve ever seen, I try for the last year to get my Refund on the property I sold a year ago back from them, you e-mail almost every department in Tshwane and nobody give a dam, If they reply it always the wrong e-mail you used , Customer service , Helpdesk, Refund department and so you go on, I honestly think we as citizens in Tshwane deserved a better service and we as residents soon will be like the Free state and the rest of the poorly managed municipalities , I believe we should stop paying for people sitting in offices who do nothing except using and *****ing our money.

I renewed both my wife and my contract with Telkom on the 03/01/2025 on the 31/01/2025 the previous month money was deducted from my account as as usual. On the 15 of February both my wife and my phone was just blocked for no reason at all not even the women at Telkom Centurion was able to explain why, she said billing problem, but there is a debit order in place for the last 8 year for the end of the month . Telkom Centurion really does not know what they are doing. Besides the blocking they promise me that the Hawaii pro 70 I took will work 100% with Google and it does not, I've spoken to the head of Huawei , he promise me he will send a technician to me and up to today I am still waiting for one, I even took it up with him yet nothing happens. They a very difficult company to get hold off, you have to go physically into the shop as no one is available to talk to on a phone Bad, bad, very bad they should not even get a 1, but a zero Please rethink to support Telkom and especially Hawaii as they quick to sell you stuff and promise you things , but once you signed the contract there is no support. the do not care about their clients.
I try to cancel my mother s policy and I just do not get any one to assist, this compony is a waits of time. How possible is it to get hold of any assistance

Never though I'll put discovery vitality on Hellopeter, but this is a problem that just do not get resolved and they close the problem within a week without solving it, for a company with their reputation it's just not acceptable. Since discovery vitality have introduce the Instant rewards my wife can not paly the gameboard this get reported on a weekly basis since the 23 August 2023, they provide us with reference number we phone, email them but nothing gets fixed. here are some of the reference number if they actually does look at this. 9944269809 9937326357 9934817062 9804460150 There is a lot more and she achieve her weekly goals as she goas to the gym daily , but just loose her board game week after week , video's and screenshot was e-mailed to them. The operator on the phone tries every time to be very friendly and helpful, but it does not fix our problem.

I settle for price lock package with Multichoice, and I received a faulty remote / decoder, every day the remote just get stuck and doesn't respond to the decoder, without no reason the only way we get it to work is to switch off the power and wait till it reboot, from the first day after installation I complained, I had the installer out , I complained about six times,but nothing gets done for more than a month now, I'm a premium customer for more than 20 years, I definitely think this is unexeptable and very bad service.
I've received my renewal letter with an annual increase of 24 % , I did not claim or even interact with them this year , and they don’t even try to convince you to stay, other insurance companies even give you a rebate of 10% in the lockdown, they just collect money even that you are driving another year without an accident and that your car in anyway depreciate, i found this company only a smoke screen behind Afrikaans, not worth the trouble to go to, a total waste of time. I thought I will support Afrikaans as I am Afrikaans and I actually love my language, but no don’t go there.
