Most pathetic service ever. Initial installation of my wifi was done pathetic. Been waiting now 5 days for them to come and put the fibre cable that fell down. Made numerous calls and send through numerous messages, with no assistance. Don't ever use this company they service is more than pathetic.
Pathetic service and ***********. Debiting on incorrect dates, payment has to be made when the salary is in and then telkom continously charges over double. Numerous phone calls have been made for the change of the debit date, but the staff are *********** to abide by it. Worst company ever.
Dealt with the company about a year ago and had my account debited by them for just over R7000. Was advised on the call that my name would be cleared after payment. Tried a few days back for finance only to find out I'm on Debt Review. Contacted them numerous times,Spoke with a consultant Artea whom advised me that it would be sorted and an email will be sent. Still have not received anything, Tried the WhatsApp line no responds. Tried calling 0878136301, unable to even get through to anyone. This company is a **** as nothing had been repaired on my credit profile.
I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance I have received outstanding service from Rekha Rampurtab. She was an attentive listener and has taken the time to groom and insurance deal that is perfect to my specific needs. Well done Rekha and keep up the good work
Decided to purchase my first car, and Hatfield VW Rivonia made sure its an experience I won't forget, with absolutely pathetic service. From sales to the end is pathetic. Dealt with the most incompitent salesperson Zinan Smith and his colleague Neil. No communication what so ever from sales or even the FNI Ashley. Eventually ended up dealing with Gift the sales manager, at first he seemed to be on top of things until today, I was **** to that the vehicle left from jhb to kzn at 13:30, arranged a whole delivery surprise for my wife only to contact the driver Goodenough at 17:20 to be told by him that he only left jhb after 3 meaning I had to cancel of my whole delivery surprise. I would like a call from the CEO and immediate action to be taken.
I have never signed up for debt review, however it shows on my profile. Had been in discussion via email with Sebastien Alarik Alexander son some time back and it was agreed for all to be cleared of my name. However to date nothing has been done and it is still on my profile and making it difficult to even make financial movement in life. Try calling only to be transfered almost thought the entire call centre and then get cut off.
I have been a client of MTN for the past 10+ years. I recently took a month to month wifi deal, biggest mistake ever. From the start information given to me was incorrect, my account was debited only to be told that the data will only reflect the following month. I took all the equipment and returned and cancelled this contract on the 5th July 2023, till today I have not received my refund. I have spoken to Imthiaaz from MTN Amajuba Mall Newcastle, who seems to know nothing about MTNs products,policies and procedures. Was then assisted by Siya who seems to be getting no feedback from MTN head office, then called BNB and spoke Thea, who is just as confused and basically just tells me exactly what I already know. The incompetency is actually quiet scary for such a big and popular brand. One things for sure is I am no longer going to deal with MTN ever again, absolutely pathetic service.
The salesperson did an excellent sales pitch for the product. I am trying to cancel this contract as I do not use the product and it is non beneficial, however I am been told about the clause in the contract of where I cannot ever cancel. I think this is a straight out robbery. It is the first that I hear of something that you may never be able to cancel.
