Such bad services, the keep changing the delivery date without notifying me,they say your pacell will arive today , you sit around wait for them the whole day ..only to.do the same tomorow, the call center saff just hang up.while you explain for you to.go back into.the que again. More than one staff member did this for two days.. They just say hello then hang up.its been a nightmare avoid them.at all costs
My Money vanished from.my nedbank account after an employee by the name of Danies assisted me because i called in regarding funds i cant withdraw from mobi wallet bevause nedbank decided to discontinue it while it has funds in it. Since then ive been sent from.pilla to post..i call almost daily.. Some agents just send me to collections.. Some to complaimts because no one wants.to.deal with my case. Everytime i call in ,i get a new person who wants me to explain the whole story again while i have a ref number.. Some say they will call back and dont ..recently i was sent to the ***** department ,now they also vanished. This is really frustrating.. Even the lady (Danies) who seem like she was helping initially also vanished, .i would never recommend nedbank and will.go.out of my way.. To spread how they ****med me.
Been an afrihost client for a while and reffered many of my friends but recently app**** for lte and the service im recieving is bad. Its been days and the router still does not work. Everyone from afrihost chat says wait. I dnt understand how hardcan it be to setup a new router. Im sent from piller to post everyone is hidding behind the "LTE Team" which we can not get on the line. I am cancelling all my services
poor services at this hardware, i went to by IBR roofing and a person named Jahman refused to help with loading, i had to assist one guy and ended up cutting my self, and he refused Infront of the manager which ddnt care.
i used to recommend Afrihost but this time I'm really not happy.. i have been asking them to downgrade my fiber package for close to 4 months now but they continue to charge the initial amount, their accounts department keeps sending me accounts jargon i dont understand and keep debiting the initial amount , its starting to look like a ****, i cant ask for 3-4 months to downgrade something and every time i get stories, last time i was told its VUMA's fault they cant do it, I'm in a process of cancelling all my subsciptions with them, voip line, mobile line.. fiber line and domain. DO NOT USE THEM
They keep harasing me even though im under the debt review process and Once an individual enters the debt review process, their creditors are legally required to stop all debt collection efforts, including phone calls, letters, and legal action. This protection remains in place for the duration of the debt review process. yet they want me to pay them directly while, the account is being payed under the review process. please leave me alone, i am making payments to this account via the process..yooh jesu.
these guys can *******ly go into your account and debit without your authorisation, thats what they did to me. stay away i am not happy.. they left me with bank charges because of a failed debit order on a random date they choose and not the one we agreed upon
This is BP PnP Brickfields, so this is the second time i went to this pick and pay and i am told that they dont do cash back or withdraws while paying for my groceries or not, there is no sigh at the door. when i asked why not? a very rude lady by the name of Virginia Sithole told me its the LAW. This was strange because i use Tyme Bank and its states on their website that i quote "Withdraw cash at all Pick n Pay and Boxer stores till points" besides that this is un accceptable and a huge inconvinience, i buy groceries at pick and pay because of their good quality foods and convinience, Pick N Pay should do more in monitoring stores in locations as the service is bad.. cashiers are rude. services are stopped for no reason. i will not recomend PnP moving forward.
Cartrack wont allow you to cancel without paying them about R2500 just to push a button and deactivate a service, they will auto renew your contract and continue to debit you, ive been asking them to cancell but NO...still debiting. ****, the make it as easy at possible to sign up (online/phone).. then make it as difficult as possible to cancel (autorenew contract/R2500 fee/ download, fill and send some form/wont allow you to despute or cancel debit order.etc)while they continue to milk u. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
