They took my money after I have stopped their services, they created a new reference and continue to debit, they put me through debt review over the phone made me pay upfront for them to **** me ,and told me even if I cancel they will not remove my name as the is a flag, they took R1524 for 4 month and whenever I try to communicate with them they become rude I have all their text and call on record
Oh I was a member and was not informed that legalwise doesn't do custody cases i called them several seeking legal assistance, I was only told they dont advice with my case, then ask if I should top up so that I can be assisted with my case,they tend explain that they dont do custody or maintenance case, now im asking for them to refund me they say can't i should have wait for my window period, I joined with a positive and and a happy heart that finally I have legal team on my side, but its sad I was paying for nothing. All I want is my refund
Ackermans at Westgate is a ****, I called customer care using my personal phone because I couldn't be assisted within the store level, they still refuse to to assisted me yet their system does show that I only used 1 voucher, ashylin was helping me when I tell her I deleted the sms sent she still refused to assist me, can I get my voucher
Ackermans at Westgate mall sent me a voucher an expired laybye, then same day I used 1 voucher for a new laybye now I went the to use the 2nd 1 that they printed out for me , yoh they told me it has now funds then I gave them my ID for them to retrieve the other voucher, the guy was very angry telling me he want us an sms I got and I did explain to him to check his system as I gave him my rewards card yoh he refused telling me they can't help me without the sms , can this be resolved as soon as possible because I feel ****, the voucher was issued on the 24 November around past 3 the cashier was tshegofatso please I need that voucher

I'm not happy with the service I got at edgars at Westgate mall, the staff is not happy due to the treatment they get from their store manager, the lady that was assisting me was sad but did give me a better service, I had to ask why is she not happy she told is a casual for 10 years and she have kids to feed and the store manager is a bully and threatening to her and other staff members, as a customer im canceling my account with edgars and promise myself im no longer shopping at edgars because the staff works hard but people at the top don't take them seriously
I asked them to cancel my policy before it even started and they did reason being they sold me a wrong product filed with lies ,now I asked them to bring back my money as I asked them ti cancel but now they not giving me back my money ,I tried sending mails but they are using a robomatchine . I'm a client at Nedbank and Nedbank did a mandate debit order without my permission, I used my airtime calling them to fix and cancel, they told me I must pay 75rand , am I the one who approved that mandate, im not going to pay hence I didn't approved anything, why was i not contacted by my bank before approving, please fix or im changing banks as I don't to gamble with money, you charging for everything I can't take it anymore as this was your doing.
Bad service from a big bank fnb I've been having troubles with e wallet allbtheybdobis sending Mena statements but can't help me to withdraw since November till today date staff is clues lessbandbkeep sending mebfrom 1 department to the other without getting assistance I'm certain angry as a new client and regret joining fnb
Bad service, their e wallet is a non drawable at fnb when ask to reverse they refuse when you mailing you they auto reply without getting back to you
