Clearing name from debt review
I've been out of debt review for more than a year and I've received a clearance certificate but whenever I apply for credit my name still appears to be under debt review. Kindly advise what must I do in this regard.

Transfer letter from NDA to Octogen
May I please be assisted with the transfer letter indicating that I was registered with National Debt Advisors as my first debt counselor before I transferred to Octogen. As it is I'm unable to get credit from Credit providers in South africa as my profile still shows that my name is registered under National Debt Advisors although I've received the clearance certificate from Octogen

Registered under debt review with 2 debt counselors
Good day, I app**** for debt review with NDA in 2017 but I later withdrew from them and on that same year I was app**** with Octogen and I received a clearance certificate this year. I only found when I app**** for credit at Capitec and ABSA that my name is still registered under debt review with National Debt Advisors. I contacted NDA but they said that they have no records of my name being registered under debt review with them. Kindly assist me what to do in this regard
