My Cadac braai shows problems with corroded pipes. I asked the company whether repair is possible. They did not care simply ignoring my question. It appears customer service does not exist. Will buy new braai from one of their competitors.
Warning! This company is a ****. I bought and paid for an outdoor patio table and 2 chairs. They do not deliver nor do they react. Be careful.
I claimed a broken geyser with Absa Home Insurance. The number of calls and messages both ways was unbelievable. Very unprofessional. The many questions to identify yourself should be cut down. Totally unnecessary.
I made a booking for one night February 22 at the Drostdy Hotel in Graaf Reinet (highly recommendable) on a website claiming to be the hotel‘s. The special offer was R2200, but I was charged US $ 179.30 converted to R3399.84. Agoda is not prepared to explain the difference. I might be wrong but this looks like ***** but am not sure. The one thing is for sure. Do not use Agoda.
10 days ago I had booked accommodation in Frankfurt / Germany. It turned out to be a private place with a shared bathroom. It was filthy and there was no parking in the area. I do not understand how an organisation like booking.com offers such accommodation without any due diligence. I will not use them again.
Leroy Merlin has an impressive range of products and very knowledgeable staff on the ground. It is the after service which does not work at all. Instead of having phone numbers of the individual shops like with its competitors there is only a callcentre which is of no value to the customer at all. They give you wrong information without checking first and let you wait on the phone until you give up. Another way of communication would be an email address to send your grievances to. It does not exist. Why not? Another serious problem is the delivery of goods. There is no coordination between LM and the people delivering the goods. My strong recommendation is that you should only buy items which you can take home yourself.
4 days ago I asked for an Out and About insurance for fairly expensive hearing aids. Until now Outsurance did not find it necessary to give me an answer as to whether they will give me cover. It is weird to be treated with such disdain even though I am a customer of theirs. I decided to use them a while back because I liked their conditions, but service is equally important to me. Sad.
I have had legal insurance with Clientele for years. This is one of the worst choices I have made in my life. If you ask them a question in writing they refuse to give you an answer in writing. Instead they want to talk to you. This is presumably to prevent any commitment or proof. Nobody is responsible for anything. Any effort to talk to someone in charge fails miserably. Stay away from Clientele Legal.
I have been a customer of the Superspar in Glen Acres, Kempton Park for almost 20 years. Over time the quality of their fresh produce has deteriorated to an unbelievable extent. Don’t buy g****s there! Another problem is that repeatedly the sell by date is not adhered to. I addressed myself to the manager who very rudely recommended I should not buy there any more if I don’t like the quality of their products. After two weeks the Spar headquarters has still not had the courtesy to comment other than elevate the issue. They do not care about customer satisfacStion. This is not a complaint about the Spar group as a whole but a recommendation to other customers to make sure they get the quality they pay for and look at the sell by date.
Clientele Legal claim a turnaround time of 2 days max. I asked them to contact me a week ago. They confirmed receiving my request but never called. Such bad service is totally unacceptable. I wonder what I am paying for and consider to cancel the contract.
