I wish there was a minus stars. This is the worst ISP around. Every week there is a break in the fibre and my business suffers, then they blame the main provider DFA. I don't pay DFA for a service, I pay you bitco.
My 1st accident required the use of the AVIS rental. Nobody at avis explained that I would be in breach if I didn't return the vehicle after 30 days. I was under the impression that I can return it when my repairs are done at the panel beater. I don't appreciate the way in which the avis investigator Tommy Bekker spoke to me, and least of all the way he threatened my wife on a separate phone call. He is a rude individual. His approach was so unprofessional, I can think of many ways to speak to your customers. As a business owner I would not have such a person representing my brand, the impact of reputational damage is unbecoming.
I sent a mail regarding a faulty hard drive on a PC I bought, Jannie (technical manager) responded immediately. Sent the device in for an exchange, hassle free. Thanks Jannie Keep up the good service, you make GeeWiz look great!
takealot is perfect when it comes to ordering something. I have spend over R64000 since July. All my orders have been delivered without any issues. One of my orders was a complete refurbished PC, which comes with a keyboard, mouse, monitor and cables of course. The monitor was faulty compared to the others which I ordered, therefor I arranged a return on 30 Sept. The return was declined on 6 Oct stating that I never returned the entire order, namely the PC, keyboard, mouse and cables together with the faulty monitor. I mean really, don't be ridiculous!!!! I'm using the PC for work, how can you expect me to return it???? I have sent numerous emails to Sizakele Mondi requesting the return of my monitor. That is why I am complaining on HelloPeter as I'm getting no answers. I have contacted the original suppliers who are on standby to collect the monitor to sort me out. Try find a contact number or even an alternative email address to send a request, there is NOTHING!!!!
I receive a few calls each week where they looking for someone who used my number as their own. Eastern Berry Attorneys are pathetic as I have been nice enough to ask them to update their system for well over a year now, but I still get calls.
I have replied 5 times to a mail they sent me in July asking them about an outstanding SABC account. Is this place legit? I refuse to pay through a link they attach on their mail, this must be a scam.
I have had great internet and VOIP from WIRUlink. Support has been great at sorting out any issues. My business is received through the use of internet and calls, therefore it is important to be up and running all the time.
