Hi I would like to share my experience of my First service on my Tiggo 4 Pro (23/12/2023) The technicians whomever worked on my vehicle dropped oil on the engine cover and by the oil cap and did not even clean this up and the vehicle was given back to me like this This is very poor and pathetic service it's like this was a rushed service has I waited for my vehicle
I had the pleasure of dealing with Shaheeda who assisted me efficiently and resolved my matter timeously
My order was cancelled without my consent and I have not received a refund to date Someone was supposed to make contact with me from the Cosmo City branch and to date no one has contacted me The callcentre has pushed me from pillow to post with no resolution has well This is the most pathetic service ever
Good Day Kindly assist with the poor and pathetic service I have received on my parcel which was supposed to be sent out yesterday at 11am which was not done, when I made contact with the call centre I was promised that this parcel will be sent out at close of business, I have still not received my parcel and no one can tell me when I will be receiving the parcel Regards Kovin
Good Day Kindly assist has I have requested for my fibre line to be cancelled on the 10/11/2020 this is a month to month service and I was advised on the 01 Dec 2020 my fibre services will be terminated ,to date I have made several calls and matter was escalated and still no feedback to date ,this is really fustrating service when you received a email confirming the cancellation

Good Day Kindly assist as I have a Isuzu bakkie which is unmileaged and still under warranty the vehicle has a starting issue which 2 Isuzu dealers has tried with numerous attempts to fix but still no luck now I am told that my vehicle must be taken back to the plant to further diagnose the issue I am really frustrated as the dealer Gemini Isuzu in Stanger is not very accomadating as they want me to take up insurance on a courtesy vehicle which is not a vehicle I have raised my concerns with customer care and spoke to kgosatso he was supposed to make contact with me which did not happen and the matter was escalated to the Regional manager and still no one can get this matter resolved I did advise that the vehicle will need to be replaced as 4 attempts was made and resulted in the issue not been resolved
Pathetic online sale and after sales I have recently taken up a new contract and took delivery last Thursday ever since receiving the device I have discovered that the sim card has an issue and will not go in 4G LTE network I have made over 7 calls to rectify this issue and have been passed around from one division to another even the call been dropped while chatting to an agent
Good Day I recently applied for a Woolworths loan which has been a nightmare I was not kept informed about the progress or that when the documents needed to be submitted to speed up the process, I am still sitting and waiting for a validation of my documents and no feedback provided
Good Day Kindly assist as I have completed the debt review process over 2 years ago and a clearance certificate was emailed to Finchoice however I am still listed under debt review by your company
