Dialdirect at it again with their poor service delivery at claim stage!!! They are very quick with sales but claims?? You literally need to chase after them!
Medforum has the worst service ever!!! The kitchen service ???? THE WORST!!! It’s like they are doing you a favour to receive service you are paying for!
Dial Direct has to be the worst insurance provider. They are very problematic at claim stage.
Dial direct has been waiting for final costing for a job done in Nov 2024 and ARC still has not sent it which delays the 3rd party recoveries!
