I Isaac Kgalabi Aphane had two contracts with MTN South Africa. The first contract was for a Wi-Fi that was concluded for a two year period at an amount of R267.00.The other one is for a cellphone . The Wi-Fi contract has expired on 16 February 2025 as agreed. To the contrary MTN South Africa has extended the contract without my concern and debited R765.00 0n the 1st March 2025 and 2nd April 2025.The extension of the contract contract is ******* and ******** and thus request Hellopeter to assist me to recover the money ********ly debited by MTN South Africa and cede contract with immediate effect. I took a policy with Outsurance for Property on 07-10-2020 and the granted Policy No is OT:21618082. Premiums went well since inception of the policy. I lodged a Claim November 2024 for a roof tiles damaged by heavy rainfall with hail (storm). The Claim was registered as Per serial Number:396984446. Outsurance send out their assesors from Structural Construction from Emalatlheni and they too Submitted their findings. On enquirying about the Progress of My claim i was told it was unsuccesful because they See the roof timber was insufficient and as such it caused the problem and i could have summoned the engineer to come and check the roof after completion. They said the roof is defective workmanship. COMMENTS I dispute the version of Outsurance because they insured the Property for almost five years and they did not bother themselves to send assesors to determine that the Property that they are milking money from meet their specifications as they allege. Why should they put forward specifications after so long?If those specifications are required.They had ample time but did not. There is no defective workmanship nor wear and tear.The damages were caused by storm dye to the recurring clinate change.The video of the heavy rainfall with hail and blowing wind was also shared to the assesor via Whatsapp. Its extremly unfair,unjust and amounts to daylight ******* for Outsurance to reject My claim under the circumstances mentioned. Only a small portion was checked by the assesor inside the roof,not all the affected area.How do you dispute the whole claim on one small item. Why did Outsurance not approved the Claim and impose that the repairs be in complient with their specifications if they have? They have been enriching themselves from the same Property they are disowning. To substantiate on Outsurance 's bad business practices on 27-11-2024,the same day they informed me about their rejection of My claim,they called me and informed that My policy will be terminated in the next thirty one days dye to poor workmanship. On 28 -11-2024 i called and they informed me that the termination of My policy is on 28-11-2024. I request HelloPeter to intervene because My family is at risk of further harm by heavy rainfall and storm.There issue of poor workmanship is tabor, that house gad been done in 2005 and the assesor has agreed that it is storm damages.The assesors name is Sibu from Structural Construction in Emalatlheni Mpumalanga. I have app**** for restitution under Mmapitle Land Claim.The Originally Dispossesed Individual is Nani Kuiviet Aphane. My late father were removed there around 1959 and he was married and had his household. This was confirmed in a meeting by the beneficiaries in front of Mrs Queen Nkadimeng from the Department and Her Junior Mathibela Aphane. Confirmation letter of verification and acceptance is available Compiled by Mrs Queen Nkadimeng as she was also there to resolve the dispute. Later when claims were paid ,i was told that My claim was removed from the list. The dispute arose as a result of Mathibela Aphane was insisting to add wrong claimanants of Kabete under Mmamathethe Land Claim. Also at Mmapitle Land Claim he added wrong claimanants and i pointed them out in front of ger supervisor Mrs Queen Nkadimeng. The removal if My claim was on personal grounds and the few that stayed with My father at Mmapitle are passing on. All the Mmapitle Land Claim Committee members were very young to My father. I have a trading account with Oca Cola trading as Itireleng Tuckshop(General Dealer) in Mpumalanga Dr Js Moroka Local Municipality.The account is held by Oca Cola Pretoria and am receiving deliveries from Mr Molefe at Mmametlhake Mpumalanga subcontracted by Cola Cola. My details are:Isaac Kgalabi Aphane:ID 7007075847085 based at 1324/5 Kabete/Koedoe****rt. Coke Cola added two more accounts on My account delivering for two other outlets in My village.The two Tuckshops allegedly do not have trading documents.One of the Tuckshops is situated on My next Street thereby competing me *******ly so. I mostly do not get deliveries as they took My stock to those Tuckshops.The added the cellphone numbers of the other two owners to enable them to differentiate the outlets with the cellphone numbers. On Saturday 16 November 2024 the deliveries truck from Mr Molefe came at My shop with the stock ordered by the Tuckshop located on the next Street and the driver was amazed when told that we dont have an order. The driver insisted that we have an order and showed My Wife the invoice with all My details excluding My cellphone. The truck driver called the Company Rep Mr Elias Lehobye who confirmed that I have there trading accounts with them(Coca Cola) and they are differentiating them with cellphone numbers. The other two accounts are being used for other two Tuckshops. The conduct of Coca Cola is ******** , pure ********ity and undue enrichment. The Prevention of ******* Activities Acit,Act 12 of 2024 , Prevention of Organised Crime Act and Prevention Of Personal Information Act have been contravened. I this request HelloPeter to investigate on My behalf and Coca Cola must tender us with all documents that were used to open the other two accounts on My name, copies of all transactions made up to date. I also reserve My right to report the matter to the Competition Commission .
I bought a DStv Recorder with On -Ait TV for the past nine months and they decided to give me a product registered in someone name. The article is not working as Ithey can't connect it.They are deducting R259.00 every month. My details are Isaac Kgalabi Aphane:7007075847085. They are deducting forrom my Capitec Bank account. It's clear day light ******* what On Air TV is doing to me. I have stopped the deduction last month and they are not threatening to blacklist and this is affecting my credit profile
I have a Makro Credit as per Account Number 5614750007001706092 and Game Account Number 5614750003003816716.The two accounts are under RCS. I pay monthly installments as requested but what surprises me is that the balance doesn't decrease.I have requested statements but they gave me incomplete ones and others need a pin code and RCS have not supp**** it. On analysis the Game statement,I noticed that RCS charged me R754.65 for interest on 10 August 2023.The said interest of R754.65 was divided into thirteen (13) deductiond titled INTEREST. Both accounts are being grossly abused by RCS and I need full statements since inception of the accounts. I pay monthly installments through ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS but some of my payments are not reflecting as am continuously being called by their contracted debt collectors. My credit profile is adversely affected by RCS conduct. I want full statements since inception of both accounts and they be updated accordingly failing which I will refer the matter further. I bought three thousand small bricks at Cashbuild Marapyane in Mpumalanga on 27 January 2024 for R7200.00.They delivered bricks of poor quality after a week and I immediately called the Branch Manager Mr Tsetsewa that they must come and fetch their bricks and refund me. They didn't comply until late February 21 when I went to buy quality bricks Vibro at Build it.I have viaed the shop I show Mr Tsetsewa the sales transaction from Build it and requested a refund as I wanted to use money for paying the workers. The bricks were not collected nor I have been refunded.Its now nearly two months nearly struggling and I could just see that I have been punished. I am asking Hellopeter to claim my refund back from Cashbuild
