My dad is 81 years was asulted at his home this morning. There was an attempt house breaking by 5 men. The one guy hit my dad on his head with the butt of the gun. The house is supposed to be protected with a alarm system form Mzanzi. My niece press the panic button but they didn't respond unless I called to notified them. I call numerous time during the day find out why the alarm was not working and was kept get pushed to technical department and no response. The staff apparently didn't give the technical manager message to call me. The technical guy eventually came to my dad's place and apparently did a temporary fix but still doesn't work. Worst security company to deal with.
Dotsure has the most effortless claims process. Claims are processed and paid within the specified timeline. The monthly premiums are affordable but you get premium service. I love the get well emails that they send for SKYE. Unlike some other insurance companies (Hollard) with CHEAP premium and TERRIBLE service. Keep up the excellent professional service TEAM DOTSURE 👏
I think the Suzuki Baleno is the most under rated vehicle. Suzuki South Africa should do more advertising for this beautiful car. I purchased the 1.5 GL auto for my son last year April.It is efficient , nippy , alot more features and enjoyable to drive local and long distance. All this with an affordable price tag.

Ross Champaign Pinetown 4 star Services Nedene Govender and Graig try their best to have my car back to as original as possible after receiving alternative parts from Hollard Insurance. Yes they weren't perfect, but always tried to keep me in loop on the progress of my vehicle. I would recommend them anytime. Thanks Guys
FNB vehicle and Household insurance TERRIBLE SERVICE. Linked to Hollard, Straighthrough and Brolink PTY Ltd. claim I had. I approached FNB (29 years as a FNB client) for a quote on comprehensive insurance and received a very enticing quote. Savings +/R1000. They quote me with Hollard Insurance. The claim process with my Advisor was ok. I had to follow-up on the car hire and only received a hired car 3 days later. She never informed me about Hollard will not extend the car hire after 30 days. I pay separately for car hire. After the claim was sent through, I never heard from her. She never followed up. When I need information I had to contact her. She didn't inform me that I had to deal with Brolink, Straighthrough Assessor. I always cc her in my complaints and queries but she never responded. To date i have not had a follow-up call to see if i recieved my vehicle or not and if I mam happy with the work carried out.I have a perfect payment record towards my insurance premiums.Totally disappointed with the service recieved from FBN INSURANCE, Hollard Insurance, Brolink and Straighthrough Assessor.
Terrible Service They are the administrators for FNB INSURANCE. I had to call everytime to get an update on my insurance claims. I had 2 different people handling my 1 claim. You would expect the best service but absolutely the other way. Never received follow up to date to find out if I received the car ,am I happy with the work carried out, etc. Also linked to the poor service I received from Straighthrough Assessor.
Terrible Service Almost 3 months to have my car repaired. The assessor from Straighthrough Assessor that handled the claim assumed I had an aftermarket extended warranty on my vehicle because it is 9 years old, even after receiving the the original warranty documents. He didn't care to read the full email. He only approved the alternative parts. These parts didn't line up. Which caused the problem. They refused to come out and inspect the vehicle. Car hire was not extended after 30 day even though the delay was caused because of the alternative parts fitted on the vehicle. CHEAP PREMIUMS, BAD SERVICE
Emihle Klaas services was excellent 👌 She had all information on hand and explained everything to me. The claim was submitted on Saturday afternoon and by Monday all documents was processed and payment was made by Wednesday. As per her discussion.
