Please refrain from using the Dischem 60 delivery services. They couldn't deliver my order, because they had delivery problems (that's not the worst part). They have to refund me but they can't guarantee when I'll have my money back. If I don't have it after 14 DAYS!!! I must phone them again. So they couldn't deliver and they can't refund me immediately. How is that even legal! I had to phone the same Dischem branch everyday to find out what's happening with my order and each person just couldn't give me an answer.
The quality of the products is very good! Received everything in top quality. It might take a little bit longer but definitely worth it.
Horrible online service! Ordered shoes online, wore them twice and they broke. ShoeCity doesn't want me to return it online, although there is a thorough online application for returns. If I want to return it, I must pay R50 for shipping. So I must fix the shoes myself! Never again!
Worst experience. Firstly we went in to upgrade our contract and they ordered the phone. When we went to pick it up they claimed there is no phones (2+ weeks waiting). We discovered that the employee stole all their phones. Once again we were told to wait. Now the sim card is giving problems and we are stuck once again, receiving no calls at all.
Absolutely love Yaga. I've sold so many clothes that I wore maybe once or not even at all. It's safe and really easy.
Very disappointed. We bought a Squishmallow soft toy, when we arrived home we noticed it has a tear. We took some photo's in the shop and it shows clearly it was torn in the shop. We don't live near any Toys R Us branches. We reached out to ask if we can return it online as we don't live near any branches and the birthday is soon. They didn't want to help us at all. It is such an easy solution to the problem, return it so that we can purchase a new one online, but no help at all.
My package was delivered. When I examined the package closely I saw that it was cut open underneath. The contents were obviously missing. Phoned the local office, they state that they delivered the package in perfect condition and that someone else opened it? Can not log a lost package online, because the process can't be submitted???
