I have been a Mamba client for almost six years now,I am writing this review to thank them all from admin,security personnel, technical support ect.Mamba response is immaculate and effective. When ever I had a problem Mamba has helped me and also very understanding. I want give a special thank you to Sonika Terblanche,she is always very friendly and helpful and gets problems sorted out asap.To me Sonika is a loving and caring person and she shows it in her job,Mamba should be very proud to have a technical manager like Sonika who is devoted to her work and the company.Keep up the good work Mamba!!
I recently took my wife to Busamed Private Hospital in Modderfontein casualties, from the minute we walked in we were immediately assisted and within 30 minutes she was admitted.The Dr's that looked over her was superb and very professional as well as the nursing staff very friendly and they treat you as a patient not just a number or client.Busamed Hospital is extremely clean and well maintained as it looks like a brand new Hospital, I have been to Life and Netcare Hospitals but Busamed is really a exceptional Private Hospital.Thank you to all to all the Dr's and nursing staff whilst she was in your care.I would recommend Busamed Hospitals to all friends and family. Me and my friend went to Cherry Edenvale looking for a second hand car on 15 October,the sales executive that helped us did not bother to introduce himself to us.He fist got the wrong key for the wrong car,after I did inspection I said to him the car needs to 2x rear tyres I he did not agree with me and he called someone to confirm it needs tyres.I also told him the car was last service in Jan 2023 and should have had a annual service in Jan 2024 with cambelt change.They were selling the car for R149900 which is far over retail value which is R116700.He was not interested to drop the price and told us he would rather walk away from the deal as the Ford Fiestas are gold.I ask ro speak to his manager and he told me the manager will also not drop in price,you can't sell a car over retail as the insurance will only insure you for retail value,basically they build a deal to make up the price with extras.There on the fees were R7500 which is out of line but they do this to cover costs especially if it is under finance.
We have been to Airamora Restaurant in Edenvale many times,friendly staff,excellent food which never disappointed.From seafood,pasta,steaks ect they are the best and good vibes
I have recently joined the online trading with Falcon FX Crypto Trading. I did my research and everything looked legit ie comments from clients will there winnings .On Friday 19 February 2024 i decided to join and a sent a message to Elena Watson, She rep**** the funds are reflection. I knew nothing about trading crypto trading and she advised that Falcon Fx Trading is the best platform to start trading. The minimum deposit was R5000 , to open own cryptro account . She showed me the account is open and that i have access to the acc. I noticed that my money was moved to Falcon Fx Trading.On the 1st of March Elana send me a what's message and that i can go ahead and withdraws my winnings When i logged into the account lt would no allow me withdra as i need to upgrade to premium vetsor not basic. I told Elena what the said was she then told me i must i must pay R8000 deposit into there account and then i would a premium invester.I told her i have taking a risk ,she even offered to put halls the money in.I said to her i don't anymore money and that i am medically boarded ,I asked her why does the customer need to pay into Falcon acc,surely if it is your commission this would have been calcuted.At end of this went to someone else and she confirmed ****mers,****mersSchammers.. Good day I have been complaining since May 2023 about my slow internet wi fi speed which was upgraded from a 10 MBPS line to a 20 MBPS line. Below are some of the corresponding mails from MTN.Not once have i ever been contacted by anyone regarding my complaint. The number in question is 0838564705. I am paying R789 pm for a 20MBPS line but only gettin a download speed of +- 2.5 to 4.8 MBPS and a upload speed of +- 7.8 to 11.5 MBPS I have also installed a signal booster which gives me 5 bars on my ZTE router.I have switched from Rain to MTN because of the better signal quality in my area.This unacceptable to pay the monthly premium but not getting the results for what i am paying for and as a client and consumer of MTN services i would expect much more of a huge company to keep your clients happy.You would also agree that you can't pay for a service and not getting what you are paying for.One of my biggest concerns is i had no technician or coordinator call me once as this issue is ongoing from May 2023 and we are now in September 2023 ,not once did we stop the debit order so MTN got there money every month but the consumer is not getting the 20 MBPS line . I have never experienced such zero customer service ever.As a large group with people employed to handle and rectify customer complaints this is absolutely shocking shocking from a big company like MTN I can understand that sometimes there can be technical problems but a ongoing problem like this is not acceptable. I called covery again today and Evan confirmed i have zero LTE speed. I feel MTN should refund our money as you could not keep your promise with the product we bought. We want to cancel this contract as i have all e mail evidence from myself to MTN and MTN'S response e mails to me.
