I will never recommend MTN to anyone,their consultant don’t know how to speak to customers I haven’t got help even today.I got treated badly at MTN Goldfield Mall in Free State Welkom by a coloured guy ,I even called customer care but the lady I spoke to dropped a phone on me pretending that we are done my issue is solved
I still maintain that Bidvest Insurance is nonsense!I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
I went to store today to pay my WiFi when I pay I realise that I have to pay more than I usually pay which is R418 instead of R399 I asked the consultant in the store he started having an attitude telling he doesn’t know what is going he is not dealing with finances I must go call their customer care which is I did still the lady struggled to explain what I see on the invoice which is the amount of R1158.39 she even hang up the phone telling we are done there’s nothing to assist me with,I won’t recommend MNT to anyone!THEY HAVE BAD SERVICE!
I’ve sent my claim on Friday the 21st November 2025 I didn’t get a response from them I had to make a follow up yesterday concerning my claim because they didn’t respond to my follow up email on Saturday only to find that they were remaining documents I have to send of which I did that ,today I decided to call again when I received an sms mind you I send an email but they don’t respond to it today they decided to send me an sms ,I responded by a call again which I was on the line for almost 30min waiting to helped.My worry is I have to go to Joburg tomorrow I have Doctors appointment they are telling me is going to take 48hrs to assist me which is I find it unfair because I have sent my documents on Friday last week even made follow up by emails but no response,I got response when I call them yesterday.
I am disappointed with Goldfield WiFi and fibre I had to cancel my contract with them because I am now aware that they make you signed contract without giving you or explaining to you in details,I had contract with them since last year I only find out that when you move from place to another there’s an reinstallation money of about R1000 that you have to pay ,my problem is they never explain that they will make you sign the contract in the hurry when you ask the detail of it they just say you just agree that they have installed the WiFi at your place,I am ****ed off because they didn’t explain the full details of that form.
I went to buy water at sylvania spar Welkom koppie Alleen road.there are 3 water pumps I found a white lady using the big pump then I decided to use the small one as always,the lady told me I am putting a pleasure on her pump then I asked her what must I do she told me to close my pump I refused,she then forcefully ****ped my hands and for it to close the pump I then told her now you are provoking me you want me to fight you,I went to manager or supervisor to report her she went to her and listen to her story and decide to keep quite.i felt like it's a ************** I went to the very same lady to let her know if those pump were ment to be used 3 of them they must close it because I saw her taking side she then said I must leave the shop I told her to forcefully take me out.
MultiChoice is managed by *********** ppl ,I had quiry with their insurance in 2022 escalated to 2023,I wanted them to cancel my Dstv insurance they kept saying it's cancelled only to find that they are lying.In October last year 2023 they managed to cancel it and gave me a promotion.The consultant I spoke to told I am nolonger going to pay R450 I am now gonna pay R300 monthly for 24 months.For the past 3 months I've been paying R300 but this year on the 1st they disconnected me and said I am owing them .I tried to explain to the lady she then checked the system and said actually their the ones who owe me ,today as I speak they disconnected me again with the same matter, 3 consultant explaining different things.Ive been holding a phone until I decide to hangup.The last consultant I spoke to said some don't know their job and his colleagues also **** to me . MultiChoice it's nonsense!!!!
Homechoice is the devil and satan himself. They have created an order that I did not approve or order myself then proceeded to debit the item's amount monthly without my permission of which went on to handing me over to the credit bureau. As we speak, I cannot buy a car or house as I am blacklisted by them for a total amount of R8 000 (which continues to increase on a monthly basis for non-payment). I tried calling their ***** department but the number does not go through. I also tried calling their call center agents and they keep reverting me to the next person up until they cut the call. No one is of assistance or have the willingness to hear my complaint and do something about it. As the last action I can take from my side, I have decided to open a ***** case against them. A bunch of ****bags and ****mers!!!!!!!!
