Pathetic service 🙄 customer care need to be replaced they can't read
Clicks online absolutely pathetic stay far far away their customer service is disgusting ordered online and chose pick up at store 🙄 instead of Delivery as it's much quicker just to get that it takes 3-4 days before you can collect in-store- why then give that option where you could just keep it as Delivery, pathetic call the call center they said it was on route yesterday to the store , check today they have only dispatched and waiting for couriers to collect, save yourself time and energy stop ordering online and just go to the store

Give credit where credit is due our experience Feb 2025
Give credit where it's due 😌 when my daughter was pregnant the hospital she was told to give birth was at South rand , after seen all the horrid reviews on this hospital I was petrified, and as she went into labour we took her to germiston hospital although they were excellent and the hospital was spotlesly clean they saw to her but she was in false labour and was told that when she goes into labour we need to take her to south rand, in Feb 2025 my daughter went into labour we took her to South rand to my surprise from the security right up to ward 2 they were excellent, they treated my daughter well very very well and she gave birth to a beautiful premuture baby , the next day she was discharged , 2 days later we saw that baby was yellow went back he was admitted into ward 12 he was well looked after even though my daughter wasn't allowed to stay with him , from the birth , to after care to birth certificate it was easy and a beautiful memory of her birth , I want to thank each and every nurse from ward 2 to ward 12 you guys were all amazing South africa needs more nurses like you guys ❤ one thing give credit where credit is due

Great service in my experience hope they keep this up in 2025
I must be honest I had a great experience with Pargo and Boardmans online - I ordered for Boardmans on the 10 January 2025 my pick up point was at Edgar's they kept me informed right through the progress , I received my parcel today the 11 January 2025 .I was so worried seeing all the bad reviews i had no hope but they delivered in one day I'm happy and I hope they redeem themselves for 2025 thank you Pargo 😊

Absolutely useless stay away from Makro online
Absolutely terrible service , do not order online you pay for a delivery and it takes longer than 2 days I still have not received my order 😡Makro is down the road from me the parcel was collect 2 days ago and still no delivery, they wouldn’t allow collection for the items just to charge you delivery fees absolutely useless stay far away from Makro online they should actually delete their app to buy online it’s of no use

Absolutely pathetic service, it takes then 2 days to deliver from PTA to Johannesburg South , you would thing you lived in another province. Absolutely useless stay far away from this courier service.
