Facebook has recently gone to the dogs - nothing works and you are in real danger of being labelled a ********* or ********* etc just by trying to sign in. Their algorythm is so *******ed it does not work. They ban you for no reason and will not let you open a new profile. Your account is so easily hacked it’s shameful. Someone *****s your identity - FB says that’s fine and leaves the **** account online!! Also, you cannot object or ask them to correct a bad decision. Nada. You just have to deal with *****ic bots programmed to talk without resolving anything. This is a dangerous platform - stay well clear of it.
I was a very unhappy client of Morclick for no more than 2 months. They are still trying to extract a penalty from me. On multiple occasions I asked several staff members who Morclick's regulator was as I needed to complain about their business ethics. No one responded. I checked with ISPA the SA ISP regulator and Morclick is not registered with them. So if you run into problems with Morclick - you're on your own. Another reason to avoid them at all costs.
The only division of Herotel that functions is Accounting. They will bill you for a service even if there has been no service on offer. The other divisions take a bout two weeks to respond and resolve any issues. They took more than two weeks to replace a battery on our rural tower despite hundreds of logged calls from users. They are under huge financial strain and seem to be down-scaling. Enough. I have signed with a satellite ISP.
Cannot believe this is an accredited Ford dealership. These guys "fix" your vehicle with a silicon gun. They repair door locks with a chemical that effs up your paintwork for ever. They ***** bits off your vehicle before you even take delivery. They charge you R5k for licensing etc which you then have to do at your own expense - and then they fail to refund you. They do not settle your trade-in finance until you have paid for another months ownership - long after they have possession of the vehicle. It's a ****. I wrote to Ford SA but again got zero feedback. I would copy this complaint to Ford SA but they do not provide an email address for customer feedback on their website. Avoid this Ford dealership at all costs.
I purchased an Empisal Dressmaker 120A marketed by Home of Living Brands from Game Stores in George yesterday and have spent the entire morning trying to read the Chinese-English instruction manual with the worst illustrations I have ever seen - they are totally unintelligible. Here is a typical quote from the manual: "Warning:Before contriving please adjust main control switch..." The build quality is atrocious. The plastic bits are not made to last a day past the expiry of the warranty. Even the bobbins are made of paper thin plastic. The metal bits are more tin than steel. I just spent two hours trying to change the needle - it simply falls out while the tightening ***** is placed so awkwardly under upper casing, there is no room to get adult fingers around it - clearly made for tiny Chines fingers only. Do yourself a favour - stay well away from this over-priced, badly made, sold for a quick profit, built to break, doorstop.
Game Stores at the Garden Route Mall should be shut down. I have shopped there on three occasions and every one was a nightmare. A recently bought a fridge on-line, drove 200km to George to collect it but it had been sold and they had no stock. Doris Van Der Westhuizen was my contact sales person who sold my order to someone else. She refused to come to the appliance department to explain herself. I settled for a similarly priced product. Yesterday I went to buy a sowing machine. Game is the only place I know of in George who sell sowing machines. They carry two models. One was out of stock. There was no salesperson in "small appliances" for over half an hour. As I travelled 200km to get there I bought the model they had in stock. I got home with the Empisal sowing machine, but the Chinese-English instruction manual was useless. The illustrations were unintelligible. It took the best part of the morning to thread the thing. Then I tried to change the needle but things just fell off the machine. Poorly manufactured, built to break rubbish. I will be taking it back for a full refund. There were hardly any shoppers in Game yesterday so hopefully that store will shut down for good soon. It is an insult to shopping.
The owner of this lame-duck company is a proper tyrant. He had two towers up here in Vleiland near Laingsburg. Last September we saw a helicopter fly off with both towers. The next day we all got an SMS saying basically "cheers" no warning given - but it was the first and only communication we'd had in 5 years. I reported him to WAPA who proved totally useless - they responded saying that as he was suing me for R12k( no details provided?), they could not intervene! Turns out he just sent me a lawyers letter to stop WAPA from looking into the matter. So good riddance. Be very careful before signing up with Wispernet.
My last three claims over four years have been a total nightmare. Their staff are truly horrific. No-one calls back - not even after lodging a formal complaint, did complaints reply except ith the rote - we will get back to you (hopefully before you die). "That car is not insured with us" has happened twice. "You have to pay the excess" has happened three times and "your rental car will be there at 2pm" is a joke - try 45pm. So each and every encounter with A Forbes is a battle. They should be avoided at all costs! Save yourself a lot of hassle.
