Zero service from Aramex
There is ZERO customer service!! Absolutely ZERO!!!! When packages go missing you can kiss your money and package GOODBYE!!! One thing is guaranteed with Aramex and UPS USA and that is when things go wrong you'll not get any service They will take your money but won't help when packages go missing

Worst customer service ever
Simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. My first order some years ago I repeated asked to be informed in the date of delivery. My emails were ingnored and items delivered on the wrong day. Second order they get my address wrong. They never get back to you. They answer the phones rude Also one of their email servers don't work so I got returning emails for weeks constantly all day long. Worst customer service you will ever find. Boycott! I am done with these clowns

This dealership is a joke! 1) These people rip the public off with insane prices. 2) Their mechanics are completely useless 3) They kept the community up all night while there was strong winds out and their flags keps banging against the poles keeping everyone in the area awake. 4) Their sales department are *********** and arrogant and stupid 5) They have completely took over a suburbs by buying up an entire block of houses and bullying the ones around to sell. 6) There were no requests made by the municipality for them to build in a suburb. This tell me there is some sketchy stuff going on! I smell *******ion Avoid this place like the plagues

I am fuming mad right now !! I just found out that I have been billed PPX instead of DPX for around 15 or so parcels the past 3 years. PPX is allot more expensive. I logged it in as DPX. I also found out that having an account there which I do means that you pay double the price than using Click-way. Insanity !! I also see that Fedex offer the same delivery service for half the price. Not only have Aramex been ripping me off they have been billing me incorrectly! If this is not blatant ******** ***** then its massive incompetence. As far as their collection and deliveries go I cannot criticize them on that, that has been good, although some tracking numbers do not always get scanned as delivered which is a issue. I also find their customer service really really bad !!

Worst company in SA
Will never use UPS ever again. They do not answer the phone and good luck with emails. Your item will end up getting stuck at the warehouse and good luck getting it out even when all your paperwork is legit. These people are neanderthals

SMS Spamming !!
I bought a firearm from Safari Outdoor over 2 years ago and I do not plan on supporting them again. Not only was the service very poor in terms of replies to emails, their prices are ridiculous and once you become their client they now have your details and resort to spamming !! Shameful !!! Avoid businesses that resort to spam !!

Pudo app nightmares
I got a email from you PUDO saying i needed to delete my old pudo app and install the new one I am using a Samsung s9 plus The new app is NOT working at all !!! Its non stop continuous issues with you guys! When the old app did work it kept freezing! The new one does not work at all. Whoever you have doing your software engineering you need to fire them asap I am going back to Aramex Pudo is useless

On 8 August i bought R550 worth of data from Cell C website and paid via Nedbank EFT. I have not received the Data as cell said that they did not receive the funds. I opened up a case to investigate it at Nedbank 85935955 reference number. I was also charged 0.50c email charge for a service that i never used. I asked for this charge also to be investigated with no feesback. They don't seem to take me serious. Its been 2 weeks now and they have not refunded me. I asked for a statement but none was given. Nedbank keeps telling me that the problem is with cell c but cell c tells me they did not receive the funds.
