I placed an order for a Wifi router on the 26th of November and 12 days later I still have not received it. It was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. I called them everyday last week and they advised that there's nothing they can do to assist me yet I paid for the Wifi package and router. Such bad service! I haven't heard anything back from them yet and when I ask for management to call me they don't. They also not willing to provide me with answers as to why there's a delay with my delivery.
My mum purchased a bar one cake at the Woodmead branch on Sunday for my birthday. The cake was off and tasted bitter. It smelt like alcohol and the cake on the inside was extremely dry and off colour. Seems like an old cake was just re-iced and left on the shelf. We called the store and was advised to bring the cake in on Monday and we would be refunded. On Monday the store manager advised that we cant be refunded and we need to wait for head office to EFT us. She said we could take something else from the bakery however I wouldn't take that chance since their other products were left opened and there were insects inside other cakes and pastries. This has to be a a health violation. I have pictures and videos of everything as I feel its very unsanitary and could pose significant health risks. I'm so glad non of the kids ate any of that cake and we discovered that it was bad in time. I still haven't heard from head office regarding this issue yet and I feel like its only appropriate to get the health department involved.
****s! I recently moved into a property managed by KBMO. They assured me that the flat had prepaid electricity and water only to find out after moving in that it is billed through the municipality and they do not want to put in a prepaid meter as they promised. The deposit for the house was paid 2 weeks in advance however the flat was in terrible condition when we moved in on the 1st. They did not even clean the place and we had to get someone in to assist. I have incurred additional costs due to the mismanagement from this agency and asking them for assistance is of no use because they know nothing. I am still waiting for feedback from Portia who is supposed to be the maintenance manager. Bongi and Bongani who are the agents know nothing and cannot assist with anything. I don't understand how these people are still employed and how this agency is run as they are extremely unprofessional. There are still repairs taking placing at the house 13 days later because they have been doing a useless job which is a huge inconvenience.
Prestige is the metering company responsible for installing electricity meters at the previous flat that I lived at. Upon moving in Prestige did not come through to check our meter box to ensure that everything was in order. A few months later they send someone through to our flat under false pretence of "maintenance". This person comes through and does something with the meter box so I send an email to inquire only for them to reply to my email weeks later with a bill of R6289.49 which they demanded I pay within 3 days. They claim that the meter was bypassed. I don't see how that was my fault as I didn't bypass the meter and it should have been check when I moved in. They installed it and used this method to make money out of the tenants with the threat of disconnecting the electricity and water. They have no remorse towards their clients and everything is about making money. They are ********* and left many tenants in major financial issues.
I have been staying at Etude for 3 months now and I have never had a day of peace. There are constant noise disturbances which occur throughout the night. People are drunk and fighting outside at odd parts of the night or are screaming out their windows and singing. It is dreadful. We are constantly disturbed during the night with the upstairs tenants constantly banging, dropping or moving things around. I have escalated to the AFHCO team on many occasions yet nothing has been done about these issues. Maintenance never responds to issues either.
Terrible place! 1st Floor, 22 Magwa Cres, Gateway West, Johannesburg, 2066 - Inside Mall of Africa. I was attacked by a crazy person who was using their facilities a while ago and nothing was done about it. I suffered extreme panic and anxiety attacks thereafter and couldn't deal with the matter however they did not take the initiative to do anything about it. The manager (I think her name was Tamzyn) called me not long after the incident and assured me that she will be providing me with feedback and the camera footage however I have never heard from her since then. I haven't gone back to this building due to the trauma and I'm sure its almost a year now. I wouldn't advise any females to go alone to this building because it is a huge risk. You are not safe inside their building or organization at all.
My TV has been broken for about 2 months now and they refuse to assist. It is sitting at their head office and they say they cannot fix it even though it was insured but I must carry on paying the instalments for the next 2 years. One of the staff members says that one of her contacts can repair it and send me a quotation yet as a business they say it cannot be repaired so they Cleary just trying to make money of me. These people are useless and take forever to give feedback. We have to constantly call them. This is not the first incident with them. Almost everything that I purchased from them is broken. The quality of their products are terrible.
The food here is great! The staff members are very friendly and always welcoming. The outside area is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. The cat is so cute and friendly! I specifically love their milkshakes.
Great level of assistance from Bella Masekela. I sent an email to King Price as I've been waiting for a call back and she called just a few minutes after receiving the email. She clearly responded very quickly and she was very friendly and understanding over the phone. I can tell that she has good telephonic skills and she ensures customer satisfaction. She answered all my questions and heard all my concerns. She took me through everything I needed to know and even gave me examples for clarity and better understanding. I think she is really a lovey lady and I'll probably be asking for her personally whenever I call in.
They debited R800 from my account (not even on my debit date) after me paying them R1000 two days ago. I called the call center and was on hold for 20 minutes. The agent says the debit does not show on their side so I have to wait 7 days for the system to update thereafter I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for them to do the refund. The agent did not even want to transfer me to her manager. They took seconds to take the money out of my account but I must now wait almost a month to get a refund. Their customer service is terrible and extremally unhelpful.
