I lost my number that I was using for my account I went to the branch updated it I had no problem I get my notifications the problem is in my app when I want to pay someone I have I need to add them as beneficiary no problem with that I've been doing it now when I add a new beneficiary standard bank sends an OTP which is good I believe its for the safety of my money but they send the OTP to my old number the number I no longer have access to it I called the bank about this I think it was 2 weeks back the guy said he will update it he never did because I'm still experiencing that
I have lost my ID and I went to the police station for affidavit and came to the branch for m id applications I am told to book an appointment online I'm telling them that everytime I try booking the appointment no slot available I am told to keep on trying and I'm asking even if it's next year the guy said yes or I must go to Cape Town branch for walk-ins I'm on crutches unemployed how must I get to Cape Town branch what is this branch for then what's the use of having an id when home affairs can't help us with id documents, I asked for a manager I'm sitting in the cold with my broken leg he's is nowhere to be find all I know I will sit here till they close
I submitted a claim at the Promenade Standard bank branch on on the 04/09/2025 I was so impressed after the teller told me everything is submitted he gave me a chocolate which is Standard bank gesture today is 09/09/2025 I'm still waiting I need to arrange for funeral I didn't even receive an sms from them, email nor a call how professional is that yet they claim to pay claims within 48 hours or they meant 48 days
I requested an Ambulance 20:04 tonight it's now 21:56 I'm still waiting for it, it's really a shame to reside in Khayelitsha Harare
I'm struggling to update my contact number with SARS I even have a reference number,I really don't know what to do anymore to update my number, WhatsApp app is useless you can't get anything done there, efiling app always a struggle to login,as for me I can't even login because the OTP they send it to the number I no longer have I gave them a call to update my number still they haven't done that
Good morning I really don't understand why would Buffalo international logistics accept these deliveries when they know they don't deliver in certain places last week other courier company delivered my parcel to my door step but Buffalo can't now I must walk for 35 minutes to go and get my parcel from them , when they ask for business from these companies they tell them they will deliver these companies think they deliver they don't mention that they have certain areas that they don't deliver
I have a Cheque card from Standard bank whom I bank with Standard bank gives us poor quality bank cards in a year or 6 months the chip is damaged you must pay R160, my cheque card can not read ATM and Tills,so I went to branch and I was told they can only give me a debit card that I will have to pay R160 for and with that card I can only withdraw money or pay with I can't use it for online shopping should I want to do that I can still use the damaged one and at the branch they can't apply for a new card for me I can only do that online,my card expires in 03/28 how many R160 that I will pay because of their poor quality bank cards, why they can't give us good quality bank cards or it's their trick of milking us money? why would you give me a 5 year term bank card that only lasts a year? Now I'm banking with standard bank should I want to buy something I must do instant cash for me wow what a great way of banking
I feel like Rain is expensive you pay R625 for the router and you also get 2 SIM cards each loaded 2gigs 60 smses 100 minutes but you'll never make a call with those minutes ok main reason for this review I feel like Rain is robbing us if you you don't have the R625 for that certain month they cut their services for that month ok I don't have a problem with that my problem is that you'll be out of internet for that month yet you must still pay them R625 for that month that they didn't render any services why do we have to pay for that, I would understand if they don't cut you off and double deduct the following month
This bank its now *****ing our money for the past 4/3 years my 2 sons are models so their payments were deposited into my account now last year I noticed that I could not receive money via Capitec I contacted them they told me that my account is under investigation for ***** I was like ok do your investigation knowing I've got nothing to hide, as I was waited for them to finish their investigation I recieved a notification that certain amount has been deposited I was like finaly my account is back not knowing I 🤔 get that money Capitec claims it's ***** money I submited affidavit and proof of payment anda letter explaining, okay I'm no longer interested banking with you anymore since you see me as a ***** or ******** why didn't you let the money into the account when you've stopped the account why you don't sendanceda the money back where it came from? Capitec is *****ing from us
I felt like I lost my money I was so hungry I went to KFC to buy myself some Pap but the Pap was not well prepared and reported that they call I'm waiting for the second call that they promise I will get still waiting for that call
