HYPERAMA ROODEPOORT - YOUR MANAGEMENT IS USELESS !!! 1. Everytime we go to Hyperama Roodepoort to buy "SPECIALS" just like today. THEIR SPECIAL PRICES ARE NOT MARKED - THAT GOES FOR THE ADVERTS IN THE HYPERAMA PAPER AS WELL AS THE NORMAL CHECKERS CATALOGS THAT CLEARLY STATES - ALSO AT HYPERAMA. STOP *****ING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP YOUR DOORS OPEN AND PAYS YOUR SALARIES. We all deserve to get the items advertised at the REDUCED PRICES!! THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2. CHECKERS has an agreement with all the banks for people to withdraw cash from your cashiers - ALL EXCEPT CHECKERS HYPERAMA ROODEPOORT THAT NEVER HAS CASH AVAILABLE. MAYBE IT'S TIME TO CANCEL THAT AGREEMENT WITH THE BANKS. Perhaps all your customers will get tired of the 2 PROBLEMS mentioned above and start shopping elsewhere.
It saddens me to do this review but, I really think I need to do this. I have enjoyed quite a few meals at Ryan's Nursery / Restaurant in 18 Hawley Rd, Bedfordview area and have enjoyed great food and very efficient (Prompt service) UNTIL YESTERDAY. :-( After I couldn't stop talking about Ryan's restaurant, my friend's decided to try it for the 1st time. We arrived at 12H20 and were promptly welcomed by a very friendly waitress who handed us 6 menus and had drinks served within a 5 minutes - WONDERFUL. We then waited for at least 15/20 min for her to come back and take our order. Eventually we spotted another of the few waitrons on duty and asked her to take our order. We waited and waited and by 13H30 we got really hungry and unhappy. Around we spotted her serving some customers again and asked to see the manager. The Manageress came waltzing over around 13H50/13H55, she looked really unhappy about being disturbed and we advised her that we have been there for longer than 90min, ordered food and we are still waiting!! She uttered but a few kind words THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE - LET ME FIND OUT !!! Suddenly within about 10 minutes the food arrived. Now, as I have mentioned, I have been there a few times and when you order a meal with chips, you get quite a few chips on the plate. Yesterday there were between 5 and 6 chips per plate!!!!!!! I was the only one with about 10 BUT they were all between 2 and 3cm. 1. The waitress couldn't stop apologizing. I ASKED HER TO STOP BECAUSE IT'S NOT HER FAULT! IT IS BAD MANAGEMENT!!! 2. Miss Brownie (Manger's name) was nowhere to be seen. TO THE RESTAURANT OWNER - Sir/madam YOU URGENTLY NEED TO HIRE A NEW MANAGER WHO IS CAPABLE OF RUNNING A RESTAURANT AND KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS IN A DECENT MANNER!! Good luck to you Sir/madam!! I sincerely hope you can resolve these problems and get Ryan's back to the Wonderful Restaurant it used to be. Blessings Susan
A shout out to the Waitrons at the Golden Falcon Spur Steak Ranch inside Goldreef City Casino. MMASE was our waitress on Thursday the 3rd of October 2024 and as always we enjoyed MMASE's GREAT SERVICE, FRIENDLILESS, VERY EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND The restaurant is always clean! We visit Golden Falcon Spur at least twice a month and I can truly say THEY ARE THE BEST!!
Could someone please ask GAME to change delivery guys OR teach the WumDrop drivers to read a ****** GPS They were supposed to drop a parcel at my house today IN LINDEN. I spoke to the driver at 1H15 The driver goes from Hendrik Potgieter drive near MAKRO, past Hyperama Roodepoort, HE DROVE THROUGH NORTHCLIFF AND STRAIGHT PAST LINDEN where I live and is now,5 hrs later, in GERMISTON. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 3 WEEKS. REALLY BAD. TIME FOR 'GAME STORES' TO CHANGE THEIR DELIVERY GUYS

ONE BAD, RECKLESS DRIVER OF A POLICE CAR, PAID FOR BY THE TAX PAYERS IN SASOLBURG, FREESTATE PROVINCE To everyone in Sasolburg - PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR A POLICEMAN DRIVING A TAXPAYERS BMW - REG NO. BWC 144 B In my opinion, HE SHOULD BE TESTED BY THE LICENSING DEPARTMENT TO ESTABLISH WHETHER HE SHOULD BE DRIVING A POLICE VEHICLE or any other vehicle for that matter. On Saturday 1 June 2024 a lady was driving from the shops to get home in Sasolburg and this individual nearly pushed her and her child of the road because he drove like an absolute fool / road hogg !!! They were both traumatized by this and this SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED !!!!!!!!!!! Please watch out for him and do a citizen's arrest if needed. IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO DO SO.

It is with sincere regret that I write this BUT, I think that ALL TAX PAYERS IN SOUTH AFRICA DESERVES BETTER PROMPT TREATMENT AT OUR GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS AND CLINICS. Well, in PORT ELIZABETH THAT IS NOT THE CASE. 1. LIVINGSTON HOSPITAL - Yesterday 5 patients arriving mainly by ambulance were waiting for an average of 5 hours to see a doctor. Only to be told that they must go because there are no beds available for them in the hospital and the doctors were nowhere to be found!! a) ONE LITTLE GIRL WITH A BURST APPENDIX arrived in an ambulance, screaming from pain for 5 hours (AND AS A MEDICAL PROFESIONAL YOU KNOW THAT THIS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS SEPTICEMIA WHICH MEANS POISONING OF HER ENTIRE BODY AND THIS IS VERY PAINFUL) b) A woman who collapsed at home was rushed to DORA NGINZA HOSPITAL AND SENT AWAY. They were then advised to take her to Dr Njani at one of the clinics handling the overflow of government patients in the area. The dr referred her to the hospital for URGENT BLOOD TESTS and after waiting 5 hours, she too was sent home because of 'NO BEDS AVAILABLE' INSTEAD OF BEING SEEN BY A DOCTOR FIRST, BLOOD TEST DONE AND TO THEN DECIDE WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEM !!!! c) THEN GOVERNMENT CLINIC IN LINTON GRANGE - PORT ELIZABETH here they have a 'doctor' who had been seeing a lady suffering from a HUGE gallstone, she's been in serious pain for the last 2 years, AND ALL THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR KEEPS TELLING HER IS TO WAIT UNTIL SHE COMES CLOSE TO DEATH BECAUSE OF SERIOUS JAUNDICE WHICH WE ALL KNOW CAN ALSO POISON HER ENTIRE BODY BEFORE THEY CAN HELP HER - TO REMOVE THE INFECTED GALLBLADDER? I sincerely hope that somebody in your department will make an effort to address these issued AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because thousands of people are dying because of staff AND DOCTOR'S NEGLIGENCE AT A LOT OF THESE HOSPITALS AND CLINICS IN PORT ELIZABETH. AND PERHAPS I SHOULD ADD SASOLBURG IN THE FREESTATE PROVINCE TO THIS EMAIL!! MAKES ME WONDER IF THE STAFF ARE REALLY TRAINED AND QUALIFIED TO HELP SICK PEOPLE !!!! AND THIS GOVERNMENT WANTS TO ENFORCE NHI ON US - THEY MUST GO JUMP IN THE NEAREST LAKE OR MOVE TO A NICE BIG DESERT - NO ELECTRICITY & NO WATER WHICH IS ALL THEY CURRENTLY HAVE TO OFFER
