Ordered internet went through a long telphone conversation to do all the paperwork. Phoned a week latet to hear abouy progress just to find my order has been cancelled
FNB launced a virtual card that is supposed to be very save to use. First time that I used it my amount of money was increased by the ****mers. I saw it the next day when I received an message of the transaction. I immediately reported it but FNB just pull up their shoulders and say I approved the transaction. So NOT save at all where was the checkings of message send to say yes or no for a transaction?
I wanted to order a big bunch of flowers for my mom’s 75 th birthday. Since I am in Johannesburg I mailed and asked for photos of recent bunches. I was told to look and book online. I told the lady that in my experience flowers on a photo and in reality is always different as some flowers are not always in season. I could hear that she was very annoyed and she told me they always have most of the flowers. I asked again for photos of flowers that they did that day and she refused and said that only the owner Mario could help me. I phoned Mario and asked him to make a pink/ blue wow colourful bunch of flowers and asked him to take a photo for me before they deliver. My mom send me a photo of the flowers before I received a photo from him!!!! It was orange with pink lilies that still need to open. My mom hate orange. This was exactly the scenario that I wanted to avoid. They are the least accommodating company that I ever delt with and will not recommend them to anybody
Documents send to me Thursday January the 28 th. Received a massage early Friday morning that it would be delivered. I messaged the guy and said I am at work. He asked for my work address and I gave it to him. He told me he would deliver it Monday... Monday DHL let me know that they need me to change the address online. I changed the address and again they changed the delivery date witch I accepted. But Tuesday again they did not pitch. I phoned customer care this morning just after 8 and was promised feedback witch I still did not receive. How long do I need to wait for my parcel?
I learned an important lesson Once u accept a quote. Do not beg someone to come and do a job. If you beg you will continue to beg. Do not pay before work is finished. We contracted GT Treefellers to cut some trees. They left without the job being finished. Had to beg them to come back but workers seemed to be tired. They packed up and when ready to go I told them the tree is not finished and not balanced as is. I was told that they would report it to Morne. When phoning Morne: he tell me he was told work completed and that I am satisfied. Morne also advertise that work is owner supervised. Only saw him once when they started. Rest of the time you listen to workers swearing at each other.
<p>Admitted in Greenacres hospital 17/12/16. My medical aid received the claim 19/1/17 and it was processed 25/1/17. Received a letter from medical aid that it was paid 31/1/17</p> <p>Since then had numerous calls and letters from headoffice that it is not paid. On May the 15th Karen v Vuuren from the Greenacres hospital verbally said the account is paid in full just to receive a call again 6/7/17 that account is still outstanding</p>
<p>Cancelled landline 6 January 2017 . Still receive bill and charged for late payment fees after cancellation date 6 February. On new bill enen charged for 1-8 April??? Not even April yet</p>
<p>Saturday night during a storm our telkom line got disconnected. As we are 500m from a telkom office I drove their and reported the line. I was told that we have to phone the fault in. ( We do not have telkom access as we are disconnected) Eventually my husband phoned it in and we were told it would be 48 hours to be fixed. Monday and Tuesday I stayed at home for they need to enter our property to fix the line. It is now 4 days later and more than 90 hours later and we are still without telkom and most important data! Neither me nor my husband can do any work and start to wonder if another provider would not be worth while...</p>

We bought a fridge freezer 2013 from Samsung for R 9000 from Samsung. We bought it because of the 10 year guarantee promised by Samsung sales person.<br> The last year water kept on building up in the vegetable trays. I phoned a couple of times but you are for ever on hold and as we are all in a working environment where we can not be on the telephone for ever I chose the option where they must phone you back a couple of times.
