This place is Okay. the problem is some people who rent here. I currently stay here and there are 8 or 7 people occupying the flat above me. they are constantly saying bad things to me so as to provoke me to anger. I believe it's bitterness, hate or jealousy and we don't know each other like that. They have issues when I cook, eat( to the point that they open their toilet door to release odor over the balcony so as to irritate me), my car, the fact that I stay alone... things that are non of their business. they went as far as threatening me with witchcraft as well as cursing me to be fired at work. It has been like this since I moved here, had hoped they would get tired but they keep on getting worse. they are making my stay horrible. I mostly work from home and have picked up 3 voices who do nothing but to provoke most everyday. I've threatened to report them but I end up feeling like I'm talking to 3 year olds. they sometimes throw dirty water over the balcony, staining my curtains. they are very rude, it's nothing when you hear them in just a month but in the long run it feels like a burden. I mean, this is a place where I'm supposed to wind and rest my mind whenever I'm troubled out there.
Had a problem with the mattress within the warranty period. I contacted them for an exchange or refund. After being referred to many different people I was told to send a video of the matress via watsapp. They never got back to me after sending the video. I tried following up and was ignored. I'm never buying a sleep masters or restonic ever again.
Payflex is now a ****. they ***** refunds. the app doesn't work when I try to withdraw. the customer service is very poor, like they know exactly what they are doing. they don't want to payback my money. Why can't they foward the refund back into the account like they used to?

The bed bought online lost comfort and shape within a month, it was hurting my back. I contacted russells head office and got a replacement. If the same thing happens again it will be a matter of the brand I bought.
After waiting for a long time. The driver only buzzed my phone, like how am I supposed to know whom it is and what he want. After calling him back we agreed that I was coming outside the building to collect my parcel. Only to get there and find no one. He was saving airtime on his side but had the nerve to waste mine because I didn't find him outside. His number are: 064 244 1958 I live in a mall, I may be taking like 5 minutes to go outside because it's a long distance and I have to pass through stairs, lifts and floors.
I foolishly avoided the reviews, went to order a bed from russells. It's not been a month and the top matress is losing balance which is causing back pains and it makes funny noises. I'm still trying to get hold of them. Warranty feels like a **** and the customer service is not poor but dead.
Very greedy and unprofessional. They don't care about the tenant's safety and health as far as the property they are renting out is concerned. They are ******. When you terminate the contract they demand money that's not in the agreement and are eager to trash your reputation with credit bureau.
It seems like they are de*****ing people of R200. I payed 200 for them to process my rental application, which is free else where. Had to follow up almost everyday after waiting for 72 hours with no response, it was only then that I was asked to send my documents again so that they can process them. they kept on asking for the same thing then declined my application after 7 working days.
I submitted 3 pictures of the full slip but they claim its incomplete and attach only one under reason. they must be using our slips to claim for themselves.
