Telkoms service is so terrible. I have been struggling with my parents WiFi for over 2 years now. It connects then it suddenly drops in the middle of a movie or Teams call. I have logged tickets and called upon numerous occasions they never assist they always tell us something ridiculous like its the lights on the box. I would never recommend Telkom to anyone. Its uncapped wifi we pay so much for such terrible service. Why would you let two elderly people struggle with wifi. Does Telkom just neglect the elderly because they are not tech savvy? So rather neglect the customers?
Dr Chandre Bali is extremely rude. We wanted help to get treated but she kept dismissing and turning us away. Every other patient was assisted eventually we got to consult and she told us in the room she could not assist us. They kept asking about money and medical aid. It was a absolute terrible experience I was struggling for hours eventually we went to another place/hospital and the doctor who was super friendly and helpful said to us but Medipark would of been able to treat this ,its nothing which they wouldn't have. So essentially people of colour are not welcome at Medipark or helped by Dr Chandre Bali she's so unprofessional and rude.
One of the Lovisa sale reps' services is appalling .Yesterday (13/06/2025) I had purchased these flat back nose rings so I had asked the one sales rep hey could you please assist can I buy these for my nose she said yes so I searched for some only find that the size was incorrect I struggled for a while eventually I thought my boyfriend I got it right because we got no help. So I purchased the items and by that time we realized that it was the incorrect size but this was only said after my purchase while standing at the till after the lady tells me that she cannot provide me with an alternative instead of me giving my email address why cant you print me a slip all other business entities are printing slips why is Lovisa not printing a slips ? Yes, the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) mandates that suppliers provide consumers with a receipt or invoice for goods or services purchased, according to LegalWise South Africa and Labor Guide South Africa This document serves as proof of purchase and is crucial for various consumer rights, including returns, refunds, and resolving disputes. Key aspects of the receipt/invoice requirement under the CPA: Mandatory for all transactions exceeding R1: Suppliers are obligated to provide a receipt or invoice for any transaction valued above R1, according to The South African Institute of Professional Accountants - SAIPA. My purchase was R320 mind you I can not use anything from that purchase. I went to ask the lady to swap it for my size and get help she turned around and told me I do not have a slip and their policy states that they cannot return earrings and nose rings while I was standing in the shop it was not two seconds I was literally in the store I did not go anywhere I never left the store I was standing in front of her by the till she didn't assist me. I understand that there are policies however what happened to consumers rights with receiving a receipt with every transaction some individuals cannot provide an email address why isn't there an alternative such as a printed slip ? Why do they not have boards to educate consumers on the sizes of nose rings ? Or better yet why is no one assisting the customers on a busy day ? I supported this store my whole life, and since the day the reds branch opened, I shopped there. I am so disappointed in this treatment the standard has dropped. Yes, businesses have policies, but it is going against consumer rights all well and good companies are going paperless but why are other companies providing receipts? Honestly, I do not think this legal.
Sunbet does not want to pay out our winnings and make poor excuses as to why we cannot get paid out our monies...I won 12000 ,requested for ewallet payment and four days later I still haven9t received it..when it comes to taking money there is no hassel ,but wen it comes to paying money now sumbet has an issue

The agent by the name of Daniel is extremely rude . He yells at customers raises his voice at you and says that no the customer does not understand the steps and that the customer is at fault. I have been calling Vodacom all morning trying to cancel roaming on a number Daniel mentions that it is a free service of no charge . That it cannot be deactivated on the WhatsApp line all I wanted was assistance for deactivating the roaming on a number a small issue for an agent to assist me he in fact did not assist me he told me that we should use Facebook to contact Vodacom and that we are following the incorrect steps after telling him I did follow everything he yells at me to say I am not listening hence he cannot assist me I never got any help on this call and quite frankly I have never ever had a good experience with Vodacom I mean he was answering other calls while on the line with me ? Rushing me off saying that's Vodacom calling. This service is so poor to have an agent raise his voice at a customer , make it your issue and get no assistance?
Standard Bank currently has an R35 300MB bundle on the banking app but when purchased it reflects as a TIK Tok 1 Gig Bundle . They are aware of the issue that is going on with multiple clients but are not doing anything about it . When you call them to assist they tell you to not purchase that bundle and you sit without data, they will say Vodacom is a third party and there is nothing they can do. The purchase went off twice off my account and only for them to say do not purchase that option its a technical issue that has been happening to multiple clients . If its Standard Banks technical issue why are they happy to take the money and leave that option available for purchase why not block that option until its fixed to avoid further unhappy clients ?
Vodacom has extremely poor service. I had called in two years ago to cancel a account I was paying for but did not get any data and airtime for . Only to find this year Vodacom suddenly starts charging me for an account that was canceled. Persistently calling me for a canceled account and they took my own data that which I bought including airtime. Now they are busy pestering my elderly mom and telling her to pay the account only for them to view it and assist.
Skynet's service is extremely poor I would never recommend them to anyone especially companies. They do not value their customers, if they mess up and do not collect boxes, they make it your problem they did not collect my boxes on time and did not even have the decency to notify us that they will not be able to follow through with the collection of our boxes because their driver had a breakdown , as a client are you supposed to smell that ? then as Skynet's client they still delay the process of delivering the boxes even longer, saying things like they cannot reach their drivers on their cells. Every time you call in, they always put you on hold and have excuses. They do not deserve one as a rating.
