Disgruntled client - No legal assistance
If I could I could give it 0 stars. The sales consultant coerce you to take a policy, knowing very well you have pre-existing issues. After taking the policy then consult they hit you with the contract. I took a policy where I explicitly told the consultant I have a pre existing issue. Instead of them informing me out right, they coerce you to continue while reassuring the matter will get attended to. They inform me I will have to pay for the lawyers. What is the point of taking out a policy and still pay the lawyers. I requested a recording of my policy call, haven’t received response. Emails ignored, but quick to debit before the the agreed date. On top they cancelled my complaint with no resolution.

Terrible Service
Terrible service from this company. My waybill number is UASNXCDCC and the updates are poor. My parcel has been out on delivery to a company that operates 24hrs, and the reason they give me for no delivery is that the company is closed. The courier is lazy and doesn't try to deliver. I've used other companies to deliver to the same delivery address and I never have complaints as they go the extra mile. It's my first time and last time using this company.

Missing parcels and delivery of wrong parcels
I sent out multiple parcels to different cities, clearly indicated the adresses on the boxes, however they messed up my order. I had stock of over R60k. If you are a small business rather use an alternative courier company as you will lose stock.

Parcel not delivered
I'm only rating it 1star cause I want to write a review. This logistics company don't answer their phone. I keep calling everyday to check with regards to where my parcel is and no answer. I ordered hair from AliExpress, it arrived in the country within schedule but Skynet is just stalling with the delivery. They claim that the driver can't get a hold of me however I have no missed call logs from them. Also no phone call from my security. My parcel was supposed to be deliverd before the 24 September, till now no delivery. Even the 066 number doesn't go through. You will call evryday, nothing. Bunch of ****mers. If you plan on using them or ordering from China usin DPEX, just know your parcel won't arrive. Rather save your coins and opt for Aramex.

Non-Delivery of parcel
I'm only rating it 1star cause I want to write a review. Skynet claims that they delivered my parcel without even calling my number. When I track my parcel, it says that it is lost. I can't even get a hold of them. Buffalo and SHein should just stop using these services. If Skynet handles your package, just know that it won't come. Bunch of ****mers.
