I ordered an Uber this morning for my kids and what a horrible experience they had. The driver took an incorrect route and was unresponsive which resulted in her taking too long to pick up and this resulted in my kids being late for school. I sent her a couple of messages and not only did she not respond but she also parked way too far from the pick up and she was very mean to my children.
I have an unauthorized transaction that I reported and tried to dispute while it was pending. I got response from Capitec with reference number 05849020 on the 5th of December 2025 that they were working on it, and the last correspondence was from Anshesia saying let me have a look. Since then nothing has happened and now the transaction has been banked and Capitec Bank is quiet with no accountability or correspondence what so ever.
I just got a call from Smangele Dhladhla and she was incredibly patient with me. She went through the policy with me and really showed care for me 🥹 give that lady a Bells'(raise) thank you so much Smangele.
I went to Arwyp this morning, I got here at around 10 and I'm still here two hours later. There's no Wi-Fi at casualty. Waiting for the Dr takes ages. There's so many hoops to jump before you get to the actual Dr only for her(CA Gole) not to greet you, just give you an intro without even a hello. Arwyp is really losing its touch. They revamped the hospital but truly the service is not the best.
I went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Glen Marais and what exceptional service I received. I first called wanting to find out how much a new battery would cost, and I was assisted by an amazing lady by the name of Luanda (sorry for incorrect spelling}. Luanda went as far as not only checking but ordering a new battery for me and said when I come, I can ask for her personally. Thank you Luanda and the Tiger Wheel and Tyre family for your warm welcome and amazing service.
I bought an electric blanket from Takealot on the 31st of May 2025. The electric blanket literally stopped working after a couple of days after I purchased it. When I wanted to return it, I was met with their terms of how I need to speak to the supplier directly. I emailed the supplier., Stingray and waited for their response which never came. I then called and I was told to send another email and I did. Eventually they arranged for collection and said nothing for a good two weeks. This morning I was sent an email that it was my bed that caused the electric blanket to stop working and therefore it will be returned to me as is.

I went to Edgars this afternoon and I was met by a gentleman at the door who willingly showed me were the Levi's department is, they're overall service from all the staff is exceptional. Everyone is so willing to help. At some point I asked the lady who was helping me find a size for a Levi's shirt at another store, if I can lay buy Forever New items and another lady answered so beautifully and with a sense of wanting to help. Although I couldn't purchase anything today, thank you Edgars for being so amazing.
I went to Levi's in Fourways mall this afternoon and I was assisted by a gentleman named Tshepo. What amazing service I received at that store from the door all the way until I completed my purchase. I was contemplating on lay buying but I was told that option is not available, so I ended up just buying my beautiful dark blue denim shirt. I'll definitely be going back there and that's because of the service I received.
I wrote a complaint a few days ago about how I was unfairly charged, and my complaint was met with an email from an FNB manager lying and saying I was not charged and furthermore stating that if I have an active card then I wouldn't be refunded anyway. My question still remains why I am expected to pay for a card that was swallowed by an FNB atm that went off when I had two active cards initially anyway.
