I had a poor experience last year around the same time with the above mentioned company due to the lack of communication. This year same story I requested assistance for my son and was told after numerous calls that there is no cash available. This shocked me to the core as i am still baffled on how is that even possible. My son still has money available I only reach out once a year. I am never reduculous in the amounts I ask as I try my best to support my child. To be told that there is no cash so they are not able to confirm when they will be able to make a payment is BS to be honest. They claim to resolve issues within 10_15 working days the request was submitted on the 13th of Nov unless I am slow with my low education that time has passed and during this time I am the one sending emails I am the one calling only received a call once last week which resulted in me being told there is no cash available. Please please make it make sense how after so many months I am finding myself in the same position having to plead beg for my son to get money that was rightfully left for him by his father to assist in his needs but I have to climb mountains for the people keeping it to do as they should. Hi, I placed an order yesterday meant for KFC Khayelitsha. After placing the order it was immediately cancelled due to them not being able to get a driver to deliver my order. What is annoying is that after the cancellation, I got an email saying that my refund may take up to 14 days which is nonsense. Firstly I was inconvenienced by the fact that I did not get my food. Then now I have to wait 14 days to get my money back which did not even take minutes to transfer nope I am not happy at all with that. Good Day, The father of my kids passed away back in 2015, and Fairheads has been handling the affairs of my two kids. All has been well throughout as I am not a person that reaches out to them a lot and I try by all means to support my kids as a single parent. I update my details with them all the time when required. However, I am appalled at the assistance or lack there of from my last interaction with them. As both my kids are going to be i high school things are tough and I reached out asking for assistance on the 4th of Oct 2024 and got the normal 10-15 working days email. I then reached out today 22nd of Oct 2024 to find out what is happening regarding my request only to be told by the agent that they are waiting on documents from me, had I not called how was I supposed to know? The agent confirmed that she saw +-8 text messages that were sent but she can see I never received them, she got an attitude as well when I asked her what the texts were saying and can they be resent as she clearly said that she could see I never got them and the reply was no. You guys have my email, you have my number to call but none of those were considered. I am truly disappointed at the service or lack there of I have received from Fairheads and what hurts me is that I am supposed to be paying the school and since only today I got the message about the letter from the school being requested I now have to wait another 10- 15 working days and the school is expecting proof of payment by the 1st of Nov 2024. I normally got text messages when I sent my requests which advised that the request was approved and when to expect payments and how much. But nothing this time hence I got concerned and made the call today. My name is Odwa Ndita. I have a virtual account with the Post Office due to using it for my SASSA payments and ever since they have stopped giving those payments I have been struggling to get my payments. That is the main reason why I tried to register for my virtual account their system stated an email was sent no email was sent and even when you click on forgotten password no email gets sent when I try and register it says email is already in use but I can not access my profile. I need assistance urgently. Regards
I went to Khayelitsha Home Affairs today the 5th of June 2024. I went there with a letter from the Master's Court to register my customary marriage. First I got a comment that I am too young to not know that you need to get married the "normal way" The lady even made an example that it was done by their mother's age group in 1962 as they did not know better. I let that slide and then she went on to say that Customary Marriages have been placed on hold indefinitely by the Minister when I asked for proof they told me they do not have one. I then asked how I knew that the marriages could be registered and was told that I would need to keep on visiting the home affairs to ask them. This means I will need to keep on waking up early in the morning to ask them if the minister has changed their mind. I then called the Department of Home Affairs helpline and the lady did not know anything about this. I need help as this is holding up my process with the estate of the late. Appalled. Hi, I paid to have fiber installed back in Feb 2024. When that did not happen due to Vodacoms fault, not mine I ended up cancelling the request. Since MarchI have been waiting to get my refund to date nothing like honestly I am beyond disappointed with the service. I paid for a service that I did not get, today I have to fight once again to get the money that I worked hard for really. Very Angry Customer
Hi, I paid to have my wifi installed on the 23rd of Feb 2023. I then received acknowledgment that the payment was received and someone would be in touch with me to arrange the installation. Later on that same Friday the 23rd I received a call from a guy asking if my address was in Zola Gauteng as they wanted to arrange for people to come out. I rep**** saying no I am in Cape Town Greenpoint Khayelitsha he then said he would change it on the system to make sure that someone from Cape Town comes. From the 23rd of Feb 2024 to date I have not had my installation and no one is calling to explain why my ticket has been opened I paid for a service that I have not received to date and highly doubt if I will get even this week and come next week it will almost be time to pay for another monthly subscription wow. If my wifi is not installed this week and I must be charged a prorated amount from the amount I already paid. If this does not happen I want to cancel everything and get my money back than you very much. You guys are not the only ones who offers wifi. Very Unhappy Boniswa
Good Day, My name is Odwa Ndita I app**** to get the R350 social grant back in 2022 and due to unforeseen circumstances lost my phone and the number I app**** with before I could get a reply to say whether my application was approved or not. I went to Sassa offices trying to see if someone could help me change the number instead the security told me to go to Silulo Internet Cafe which I found very strange until I was told of the toll-free number that allows you to call and ask for the number to be changed. The process according to the Sassa site shows that it takes about 14 working days after you have received the first SMS asking you to confirm the number change. From the 19th of Jan 2024 to date I have been waiting for any communication to confirm the request has been received and will be attended to and nothing. I do understand that government things do take take time however its the 1st of March 2024 and still nothing. When I call the toll free I am told they have a backlog and no time frame to give as to when my number will be changed. R350 may seem like a small amount to someone who has something but to an unemployed man its a lot. All I ask is for my number to be changed so that I can start getting the R350. I app**** to get registered on the 30th of Nov 2023 after I completed the security course. On the 10th of Jan 2024, I received communication that my fingerprints came back with a possible illicit and have been sent to a team to investigate. On the 16th of Jan 2024, I then sent communication asking how far is the verification and if there was anything that I should do as I needed the registration to be completed so that I can be able to start looking for work. I got a reply saying I will be getting an sms. Time passed and on the 23rd of Feb 2024 asking how long will this take everytime I checked my application its still showing in Review for this possible illicit. I got a ticket reference number which was closed with no reply. I find this very unfair that they are able to play god with people's lives. I am left hanging in the dark with no one willing to help me. Time is passing and I am just sitting with useless certificates that I am not able to use. I thought by doing everything correctly by the book I would be able to find employment this year as it has been years unemployed and I feel I have wasted my family's money to do the course in the first place. They have taken a 249 from my account which can not be stopped or reversed. They are not responding to any emails. They are a bunch of ****** and first class ****mers who take advantage of people. I want them to cancel and remove any information they have about me worse of all my accounts. I work hard for my money and do not and can not afford to donate my money to these people. I want my money and cancel the ****** **** program you say you have. Regards
