FNB has the worst customer service during December. Honestly its terrible if you are an FNB client. The charges are ridiculous, I lost so much money and when you go to the transactions it will be written pending yet there was a R1000 in my account now its -R1351 what is what. Fine now I got sent funds through FOREX, I clicked accept funds (Sober as a judge) yet no funds went in, I had to have a black Christmas with my son. When I chat to an advisor they say I rejected the funds, how on earth would I reject funds I need, and why do they make Forex so complicated, not only smart people get funds from overseas, even orphans in need get them and im an orphan, only a student, nevermind that, there was nothing on available reciepts, nothing on history and now when I chat to an advisor they give me an email and tell me to send an email to this merchant, informing them that I need my fund rerouted. Excuse me isnt that your JOB?? , Now I am sendind emails, I dont know when the person on the other side will respond. I have been waiting, these funds were supposed to reflect one the 24th already, today is the 28th. When I try to call on the app, the app is experiencing technical difficulties. So what now service is unavailable till when, till you bring back peoples moneys arrrhhh im so upset, my Christmas has been ruined and already so much has happened this year.
I requested a refund from Mr D on Friday last week. Today is Friday the 12th, and the money has still not reflected in my bank account. Mr D stated it would take 5 business days, but that period has already passed without any resolution. On top of this, I’m very disappointed with the way Mr D allows certain restaurants on the app (Mariposa Traditional Takeout Westbourne Road & Phaka Restaurant Richmond Hill Port Elizabeth). These restaurants will accept an order, keep you waiting for an hour, and then cancel. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time for customers. Why does Mr D continue to feature such unreliable restaurants instead of ensuring we only see ones that can actually fulfill orders? This is highly unprofessional and reflects badly on the platform. I WANT MY REFUND!
Very upset with ubers service, how can you have a huge transportation company with such poor systems, what do you mean I cannot call the uber driver if I lost my item in the car, what do you mean you employ drivers without identification, their numbers are not there, their full name and surname arent there and also the WORST !!!! Issue is that have to wait for 24 hours while you contact the driver, couldn’t you have left their number so that I can call the driver, its not like I mind paying for the costs of getting the lost item back, I just need it back, its important and Uber just made it 100***x worse to get it back
This online site is a ****. I cancelled my subscription and they still deducted R299 from my account imagine, and they kept attempting till I had something in my account. You cant trust companies from netherlands, companies there are heartless, firstly you are looking for a job and using their site to generate it, they will draft you the worst CV and on top of that *****ulently take your money even though you never got any job, so they are taking from a poor person.
FNB will shortfall your account that is a “Student Account” to a large amount of money and say that the payment has not been in “effect”. The agents are rude and if you do not comply with them on the online services they switch off the board “act disconnected” to avoid dealing further with your finance matter bare in mind this is a bank dealing with your money, a very sensitive matter and they just shut you out selfishly, the first agent “Lemogang” did not even bother to assist me, second agent “Etienne” said that the reason why I have a debt of more the R400 is because a transaction that occurred on the 29th of December was ineffective, bare in mind the messages prove that money was pulled from my account and Im saying there is proof, she disconnected herself , the balance on my bank is stil -R459. So you are telling me, on the 23rd pf January 2025 (Januworry) a bank can decide to add a debt of December (Festive) allegedly as if I did an overdraft??? I paid the amounth this year only its inneffective
I purchased a TV on Takealot called Ecco, it was an affordable tv as I am a student, to my despair, the cheaper the product the more problematic it is. The TV was working well with its remote until I realized that the TV could not process the “OK” button when I click on the remote neither is the tv programmed to have “OK” or the “Enter” button. I purchased three remotes and got no signal still from the tv. I then requested for a return and they responded by taking it, I Packaged it with all the items only to be DECLINED by returns without any reasoning. I waited for an email informing me why the TV is being returned back to me and recieved no response. After a week or so I returned the tv and and got declined again this time around an Agent by the name Vuyo.M got back to me and showed me the tv damaged, bare in mind this is after it was delivered to takealot. I sent an email back proving that my TV was not damaged when I retured it, with pictures of how the tv looked. Since then I haven’t recieved any feedback, and the tv hasnt been ‘exchanged’ as of what I requested. I am not requesting for credit or refund, all I am asking for is an exchange of the item as the one I received is defective. The tv has a 6 month warranty yet it saddens me how I cannot be heard when I would like for a tv exchange. Now im being accused by Takealot of damaging the tv when I sent it in a good condition, it is completely unfair and unnecessary for a company to damage a customers property for the sake of avoiding refunds and exchanges. When a person makes a payment its not a problem, yet when they would like to return it due to its defects the company will not assist. A contract is a two way thing and Takealots agents and workers being negligent about a consumers pleas really forms a breach of trust. I now wasted a huge amount of my money as an unemployed student on poor service and a defected merx. Im really disappointed in Takealot and its service, honestly poor ethics!!!
I had a horrible experience here. I took an uber from my house to Summerstrand, the drivers name was Luvuyo, who drove a white swift Suzuki number plate JTH285EC. I asked to charge my phone and permittedly he allowed it. As we arrived at Summerstrand, I hopped out and forgot my phone inside, luckily I was with my friend and he chased the the car and Luvuyo sped passed, we called my phone 42 times and my phone was on loud so I knew he could hear it. He did not turn back nor answer to tell me I left my phone in the car. I took a taxi back home with the remaining cash I had in my pockets because I usually use Apple Pay. When I got home I tracked my phone on “Find My Phone” app and I found that he was at his own home with my phone. I reported to the support team of In Drive and I got no response. I sent multiple complaints and still no response. In Drive was supposed to respond at least. However till today they have ignored my complaint. I had to take the matter to hand and go fetch my phone at the mans house, the risks that it came with, I asked the police to escort me and luckily I got it thanks to the tracking app. However In Driver did not attend to my complaints and still will not respond on the support email. There are plenty of items people loose in ubers and never get them back because In Driver will not respond. We have to end up taking the matter into our own hands, its completely unacceptable. For them to even recruit ************* employees is also unnacceptable because our lives are on the line and we have go trust the person driving us, but when we call for help, In Driver is nowhere to answer. It’s unacceptable, they are to do better for the safety of the people.
BUSBUDS online service is so poor I booked a bus on busbud, the bus was ILULA Bus and It never arrived. I slept at the station waiting for the bus and I sent busbud a number of emails complaining and did not receive a single email back. Instead they asked me how my trip went when there was never a bus from the start. I asked for a refund and I cant get access to it, my complaint is lying on deaf ears. My question is whyyyy on earth would busbud place a Bus Company with poor performance and a bus that will not arrive, why make us pay money and allow such. My life was in danger, I slept outside almost got ****** and yet I paid for this bus I did not get if free. This is unnacceptable and unfair💔Im so heartbroken and sad, couldn’t attend a close relatives funeral, and I’m a student this person was my provider. I am so disappointed and sad💔
This bus does not even deserve a star Worst bus ever. The bus was supposed to arrive at 20:00 pm today friday and its 23:00pm no trace of the bus. And Im attending a funeral tommorrow I would never recommend this bus to anyone, this is the worst service at this point the owner should just sell these buses and stop exploiting people’s hard earned money then not show up after. Its painful and we sit in cold conditions, our cellphones, luggage could get ****** and all they want is peoples money. So much regret
I specifically requested booking.com to find me a place close to Port Elizabeth, Summerstrand and they allocated places that are 13 km away I only realised that the accomodation is far after paying and booking the place When I asked for my refund, they told me to wait for 14 days? They told me there is nothing they can do and my question is, why was it so easy to accept payment yet its hard to refund someone their money 14 days????! I ended up having to cancel my entire birthday because my friends wouldn’t have accomodation since my money was not in my bank account on time Thanks Booking.com for the terrible experience I urge every person looking for accommodation this festive season NOT to use Booking.com or your money wont come back and you won’t have a lovely festive💔🥲
