I have been having issues with their accounts team and have been asking to speak to a manager for almost 3 weeks now they have no idea how to handle complaints and queries. Their phone lines are terrible 😔
I posted a review and fnb responded on this platform that the matter was resolved it was never resolved they went on to let the same *********** manager to send me a mail without investigating he further sent a mail to his team instructing them to cancel my policy and sent it a day before cancellation FNB insurance you guys are such jokes
Recently I have been getting the worst service from FNB insurance they sent a supplier who asked us to switch on the battery to charge and it blew up and they are not taking responsibility they sent to another supplier who further damaged the unit they are the absolute worst ever claims department is clueless you send mails to the CEO complaints desk and the ladies there think everything is a joke so unprofessional
Took my car in for a service last week saw there was a scratch they denied it was them took it back in Tuesday to put in a button they ordered and my car had a huge dent and scratch on the bonet they are denying it was them don't have cameras working on their premises. Shocking service.
The worst company to buy tech from I bought a laptop 8 months ago out of the 8 months they kept it for 4. Service sucks at the Germiston branch it is now August and I still never spoke to the store manager who is never available. Biggest jokes ever
These people are ******* R25 for a call and R25 for an email. I have medical aid they charge me for bills that Med aid shud pay I still paid more than the total handover amount and they still charging more than R3000 a bucnh of rude people working there they call you and don't speak or they scream and shout and still charge R25 per call. They are robbing people. They never send your statement for the amount that was handed over.
These people are ******* and want to call you for accounts you don't have they trying to get money for accounts that were closed. They have a bunch of people that call at 6 and 7 in the morning and annoy you. I also called the company they apparently said i owe and they said I don't owe them anything I get more than 5 calls a day. Instead of harassing people call the company you recovering for and get the confirmation from there.
I get like 5 calls a day from MBD asking for money and i have no debt with Rcs i also called Rcs and they told me i owe them nothing this company has rude incompetent staff and are thieves. Be careful of them Rcs confirmed no Debt instead of phoning me call Rcs and confirm
Excellent Service from Banele Kubeka he was so helpful. Very patient as I had too many questions and very informative. Well done Banele.
I had a tyre claim it took a week to get a response, they do not advise you from submission bubbles are not covered although it was a pothole damage, why do they say covered for pothole damage and bubbles are not covered, this is a waste of time.
