We have been trying to get assistance with you guys since February after installation we were left with leaks damaging our ceiling tried several times for someone to assist only getting auto reply’s but no contact whatsoever. Your after sales service is terrible and needs to be re looked at as I moved from being a happy customer to terrible service offered. I hope you offer goodwill to fix the water issues caused by you guys.

I have a contract with Vodacom. Phone i bought as a gift for my God daughter. A huge amount was deducted from my account close to R3000. I called vodacom to dispute it January and i was told she bought data using my contract fair enough. I then asked them to cancel all these services and keep it at R50 for transactions. Now i see that im about to be deducted R2000 again for February because the first lady who assited me reassured me it wont happened again since she can only use R50 but didnt mention that she took recurring data. The consultant failed me dizzmally and i wanted something done about it as im about to take further steps.
Been trying to get my homeloan statements from STB since September and keep getting sent from pillar to post. Lady assigned to my account is no help either - Lebogang Kun***. Lindo Ng*** is no help either. Twitter account is just as bad. Damn, can't wait to settle this account and move all my other accounts.

Just about the worst ISP I've tried. Been with telkom, Supersonic(the best), Wirulink, Rain and now CrispFibre. There hasn't been a full day without being disconnected. Honestly, working from home and getting disconnected throughout the day is very frustrating. Even when logging a call with them, they give you as static response. Would not recommend to anyone.
Rain is really quick to deliver even if they messed up my address now it’s time to cancel, it’s a problem again. Router was collected but the cancellation is not happening
I’m disappointed with the service I received from Clearwater 2021/01/03 imagine it was my birthday and out of all the restaurants I chose the worst. Food was terrible, waitress was all over the place that we ended up being assisted by the manager. I’m truly disappointed
