I requested a ride and it was canceled but the R79 was deducted from my account. I then requested again and took the ride. I contacted the support team but nobody is saying anything about the R79 that must be refunded back to me. I dont recommend Bolt at all.
Johnny Letsoalo from DSV Couriers never called to ask if im at work or to inform me that he is on his way to deliver my parcel. I was in a meeting when he arrived. As soon as I answered his call he rudely told me how he had been waiting for long and that I hurry up. When I told him about the above, he kept quiet. He didn't explain anything and just wanted me to sign and said he's in a hurry. He is very rude and lacks people skills.
7 December 2025 I wrote an email to Vodacom Rewards regarding a reward I was unable to redeem. To date, no assistance has been provided and the reward has now expired. 2023 I got a contract at Vodacom. The consultant never informed me that the monthly payment would increase yearly. Now Im paying way more than I thought I would for the contract.
The service of the employees and manager at the Menlyn all franchise is extremely poor. The prices of the mixed shwarmas have increased but is no longer nice. It's extremely dry and they always mix up the orders eg they label the box etra hot but the shwarma is dry and label the other box hot but is extremely hot.
I bought two Garneir Even and Matte moisturizer creams for R90 each. When I opened the cream I realised that half the bottle was empty as though someone had been using it. I do not recommend.
1. The driver took the wrong route even when I directed him. He made me feel unsafe. 2. He called me stupid and insulted my husband. 3. When he had to drop me off, he didn't listen when I told him where go drop me off. 4. I reported the incident on Bolt support but no feedback nor assistance was provided. Bolt let's their drivers get away with doing their customers wrong. Unlike Uber which takes action against their drivers.
Uber payment is deducted whilst confirming a ride. Thereafter, money is deducted for insufficient funds. Extra money deducted after ride was completed is never refunded. I highly DONT recommend it.

Also, they continuously charge me R1.00 for insufficient finds regardless of having taken the money. 2. Money was transferred from my account to live better. After checking my balance there was money missing from my savings account. 3. Lodged a complaint for refund of Uber money. Provided all proof. My complaint was not resolved. I was told to lodge a new complaint. The bank is states that their fees are low. Unfortunately, it takes small monies on a continous basis without you realizing. By the time you realise, months have gone by and a large sum had already been take. I highly DON'T recommend this bank.
Ordered the cheese and chicken pita with a side. The pita/wrap was extremely dry that it broke by me just holding it. The filing in the wrap was so little. The pita is not worth the price. I regret buying from Nandos. I am very disappointed.
I've been trying to unsubscribe on Huawei Services. Got a message that I have no subscriptions. A few days later money was debited from my account. Sent numerous emails to Hauwei Support and went to the store. No assistance was provided.
