Unreliable, delivery date keeps on extending and some of the items were gifts. So disappointing.
I received cracked products and for the second time now. They sell aesthetics not quality. They’ve been promising to call me.
Dishonesty and lack of accountability- they promised to give me R150 voucher to say sorry for the bad experience they offered, till now I’m still waiting.
They delivered dead flowers, mind you this was a surprise. We had to throw them away.
I’ve had the worst experience with Woolworths East Rand Mall. My partner purchased a pair of Ray-Ban display glasses that were already scratched, under the agreement that new ones would be ordered. Now that it’s time to collect the replacement pair, we’re being given excuses and saying there’s another scratch that wasn’t caused by us. This is unacceptable service for a premium product. We expect better accountability and a resolution urgently.
