I have contacted them via 2 WhatsApp numbers . the first one was on 7 Nov 2025 and say the products not working, then on 18 Nov from a other number the person said they would do a replacement, every few days I ask for feedback, even this morning, but no reply from them.
I recently purchased a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20+, and after using it for a week I noticed that it does not mop the tiles properly. I still have to go over the floor with another mop to get the tiles clean. I returned the unit and it was replaced, but the new device has the same problem. It still does not clean the tiles effectively, and I cannot adjust the mopping speed to make it move slower for a better clean. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.
I did upgrade my Vodacom fiber speed to 80/20 in August 2023, after I did get a good deal from a other ISP also on Frog, So Vodacom said They would give it to me also at R750.00 per month. But every month I have to phone them as they are changing me a very higher amount of R750.00. Last month Warren Heneke from finance said it will be now fixed, but no it is not, again R401.00 extra this month. What must I still do do get this fixed, I want to cancel my contract.
Discovery, why is it so difficult to get hold of you. I did put in a claim in Nov/Dec, it was done, but I am still sitting with the old dishwasher that is in the way. I phone, but cannot get hold of anyone, I do not have my case number, as that was lost in my email. Please contact me about this

Can we give them -100 stars, I pay my license every month and now they send letters that I do not have a license, but to get hold of this company is useless battle, never answer their phones and never reply their emails, how on mother earth must you get hold of them

We were at your Eastgate branch, it was the first time in years that we had decided to eat there. The service was ok, but my wife kingklip was burnt on the underside of the fish. My seafood platter, two of the shrimp wasn't clean, but they changed it for cleaned ones The second milkshake contained plastic, they say we did, but we didn't. WHAT A PITY WE HAVE DECIDED TO EAT THERE. We ask not to pay for the second milkshake, but they want to give us another one, where can a child drink 3 milkshakes
