We bought a secondhand car through RandStadium Toyota, The Glen. STEVEN GUTHRIE, help us with the process. He was brilliant at arranging everything from finance, roadworth, service, extra key, new number plates and collecting it on our behalf... Always available for our hundred-and-ten questions... Steven was AMAZING. He help us with everything and always available... He is a wonderful Representative for RandStadium Toyota, The Glen, he made us feel like family. Helpful with a smile, nothing yo difficult for him to sort out... You dont find service like this anymore- employees dont care about the customers anymore... Sad but true. The reason we keep coming back is because of people like Steven, Pierre, Betty, Mohamed, Carlos, and others that you have working at your branch: They are wonderful individuals, always going the extra mile for their customers, making us all feel very special.YOU ARE ALL AMAZING-Toyota, is lucky to have you working for them. (Carlos and Mohamed retired since.) GREAT JOB.

We had a gentleman by the name of Brett helping us. His attention to detail and stiving to keep his customers happy-out of this world. We thought it was his business but he was only the waiter. We couldnt believe someone will put so much effort, attention, care in to another persons business. BRETT IS AN AMAZING PERSON AND Q WONDERFUL REPRESENTATION FOR SPUR AND THE OWNERS. We had an amazing time thanks to his efforts and and attention to details and keeping us happy. We never experience this kind of treatment at any other Spur... Thank you Brett.

I bough shoes more than 2 years ago from Truwoths the Glen, different sizes
I bough shoes more than 2 years ago from Truwoths the Glen, different sizes. Truwoths was nice to help me sort my problem. Siveshan Moodaley, the Area Manager went out of his way to help. He tried getting me the shoe, unfortunately he couldnt. He then went on trying to find my till slip on their system, all along staying in touch, giving me feedback. Phoning me and phoning back when I couldnt talk... Eventually, Siveshan, offered a refund. Happy customer. Thank you Siveshan, you did amazing work. Truwoths are lucky to have competent, resourceful, friendly employees as yourself representing their brand.

I spoke with Robinn at customer care whom went out of her way to help me get the info I needed regarding my volvo I bought secondhand. She was helpfull, patient and quick, very resourceful and she added me to the call in phoning East London branch instead of giving me a number and let me do it myself... Niel in East London was also very helpful, quick and after giving the info on the phone, still took the time to email it to Robinn, whom ailed me within 5min after ending our phone call. They are both great representation for the Volvo brand. We need more efficient, customer orientated individuals in the work place. What a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you Robinn and Niel.

Leroy Merlin
Beautiful shop. Very convenient, as they have a huge range of everythig and a lot of items not easily found at local hardwares. It was my first time going to their store, I was pleasantly suprised. I wish I had more time to explore the entirety of rhe shop. I have been looking 2 weeks for mosaics, I found it in Leroys. I will definitely been going back regularly for all my renevations etc. If you havent been you should really go, wander around inside, you will definitely not leave without buying something.
