I have an existing scratch and dent claim of over 1 month . No one seems to know what to do I have had to personally get involved and call the department for followups as they do not respond to emails. The most recent interaction with an agent by the name of Anele was disrespectful alluding to me making my problems hers by noises and responses on my query. Please do not join this insurance scheme they are unreliable and not trustworthy . The only time they act speedily is when they bill you.
They promise you a deposit match. However after not seeing it reflect and questioning it , I was told that the deposit match is dependant on playing more and allocated in four separate payments. Is this false advertising ? I recommend no one should try this site.
I recently had a claim on my motor warranty with Outsurance. Once I submitted the documents required , I received an outcome within two days with an update. I visit the area for business once a month and my guest house provides me with a dinner voucher to eat here . The food is spectacular and as a so called beer expert you can’t go wrong with their desert Larger . The food amazing , I am a big eater and can barely finish a bacon and avo burger . The pizzas though are my favourite . Service is never short of excellent. I honestly recommend this restaurant above any other in the area .

Paula and her team today went out of their way to accommodate me with a situation I had . Well done to you and I hope Andries and his team sees this because I use rentals very regularly and I’ve never experienced this exceptional service anywhere else .
Feedback: I took my family to Capegate Panarottis this evening for some well needed pizza therapy. The service was absolutely amazing and the lady who looked after our son was superb. She took care of him helped him bake his dough and made sure he was entertained whilst my wife and I could enjoy the amazing food. Absolutely well done ! Can’t wait to come back this weekend and bring the rest of our family . You guys rock !,
Hi there . I reported a new scratch and dent claim two weeks ago. I’ve sent all the requested documentation for this claim yet there has been no response . I’ve sent 6 emails to follow up again no reply . I called yesterday when I asked to speak to a team lead and the consultant put the phone down in my ear.
1 MONTH INTO MY RENT TO OWN AGREEMENT WITH RENTOZA... I received my phone pretty quick with RAM couriers in a perfect condition. I emailed Rentoza for the activation pin and immediately had access to enjoy my device. Because I paid upfront I didn't have to pay at the end of the first month which was great . I haven't had any issues , the team responds quick and are available even on Sunday evenings. I am perfectly satisfied with this service and am looking forward to my upgrade next year!
