VERY BAD
I wouldn't advise anyone to buy their cars. I serviced my Ford Figo but it hit the top and they have no answers all they could say was that such things happens, the oil pipe got blocked. While I was servicing my car in time? Doesn't make sense. Run away from Ford!

Worst service ever!
Worst place to give birth. I thought I'll forget the experience but is still haunting me, flash backs on my mind. The maternity ward is the worst. I almost gave birth by myself because the nurses refused to check me when I asked them to check the baby, and my husband was the one who saved me because when he entered the room I told him the baby is coming out and they don't want to attend to me, he had to shout at them and only to find out that the baby is already coming out. I don't even wish to give birth again because of what they did to me.

Worst!!
Worst service ever. My car got financed by ABSA and it happened that they debited twice in December and when I asked they couldn't answer me, January same thing happened. They took R4278 and R225 at once but they sent me an email stating that they will be debiting three thousand and something. And now that they repeated it, I emailed them again and they told me that I have an advance of eight thousand and something, I told them to send me back my money and they refused and gave me three options, either to reduce my monthly installment, reduce my term, or reduce the residual. So I chose that they should reduce the residual but again they refused and decided for me that they want yo reduce my installment without my permission.

Bad service
Even after writing my complaint, there has never been a communication about why they do not give me my money from my education policy which I cancelled and no answers to why they are still taking my money from my payslip. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very bad
I regret joining hollard. Since 18 December 2023, I cancelled my education policy and until now I haven't received my money back and they are still deducting my money from my persal.

Tracker Nelspruit bad service
Tracker Nelspruit is the worst. They connected an old device in my car and it never worked, even their app never worked. Their device has been ruining my battery and now they are telling me to pay R590 for them to do their job right.

The owner of Westvaal Numbi Ford is a well mannered man, and knows how to treat his clients. Very humble and friendly. I had a very good experience.

WESTVAAL NUMBI FORD WITRIVER
Ford Numbi Westvaal in Witriver is the worst company ever. They took my car for gearbox fix and it came back with a starter problem and instead of fixing the starter they changed the battery and said the problem is caused by the tracker device. Since then my car has never been okay and I have been fighting with tracker to remove their device only for them to confirm now that my car has a starter problem and nothing else. They are saying why was I quiet about it, while they are the ones that misled me and also I have been raking my car for service with them but they couldn't identify the problem. I'd advice to never use them to service your car. The manager is the worst, she has no time to even resolve problems.
