Good day, Kindly asssit with cancellation of this plan. The advisor (Tshidi Mafafo) gave me the incorrect package not what we had discussed. I wanted a plan that has 3 months and agreed to it thereafter receiving documents, i got something different. Your urgently assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated. Issue is refusal of getting the eletirical script as s given on the summary of care. I have emailed the above people and they are not willing to assist. Mum got discharged and now its difficult to be given the script for us to get medication at the closest pharmacy. Since 19 Sep till this day no one has responded but their claims are getting paid by my medical aid.

I changed my banking details last year November and ABSA also switched my debit orders. Sadly now,I'm been interrogated about an old account which they made a mistake of keeping and paid my cash back on it. That error has nothing to do with me as I had been paying my debit orders through Absa cheque account from last year. I just need my Idirect cash reward's paid into my account which you debting. I can't be delayed my cash back based on une negligence of an employee as the customer. I cant wait 60 days for what is due to me. Furthermore, I had to send Bank statement showing that the money was not paid. Their complaints department its just a messthere's no proper feedback is provided.
Good day, I'm failing to get my refund for my cash back from ABSA indirect company. I'm told it was paid yet nothing is showing on my absa cheque account furthermore they requested my bank statement as proof. The same account number they are debting for my car insurance was not refunded. I have been calling doing inquires. Only today got to understand that money was paid but not showing in my account.
