I've been using Uber for years and in most cases it's just over charging problems I have, but today I had a problem with three drivers discriminating against my son for how he look and are dressed. I requested using my card and they were standing outside the flat waiting I even message the one driver, but yet all three decided to not accept him. They had to take and walk a long distance to where they need to be. This service is pathetic, discriminating against people are not okay, not all colored boys are gangsters and ******s. Yes you get ****** and are scared but it does not mean everybody is going to rob you. I requested from Townsend not the Cape flats so I'm very disappointed that I got this type of treatment today after using your service for over 10 years already. I don't get this from bolt or inDrive.
I've recently ordered for Cosmetic SA and had a problem with an item that was short. I emailed them and immediately got a response back aswell as a call to apologize and my item will be shipped shortly. Great job Cosmetic SA.
I've placed 2 orders on the 24th of December and again on the 29th and all my orders was received timeously with no problems. I really don't understand how there can be such alot of bad reviews. Great stuff Bash. I would definitely recommend bash to my friend.
I've recently purchased from them and the owner Marelize Esterhuizen constantly kept me up to date regarding my order from the day of purchase, date of shipping, date it was custom cleared until the time it was going to be delivered. And no they are not the same as swish za official, they do not sell sneakers. My order came in a beautiful package with a little message written on a card. SWISHZA are the best ❤️❤️❤️.

I think the wrong people is working at the City of Cape Town. Two years ago aswell Fines SA assisted almost immediately.</div>
18th November 2023 I send my phone in for repairs and my claim got declined as I am not using my Sim card in the phone whereas I already did 2 upgrades since then. They don't want to send me my rejection letter or give me the claim number. I have been back and forth between customer service and insurance. Customer service understands but insurance refuses to repair or replace and I've been paying on this device for more then three years now. And the strange part is non of their email addresses work so if you take it further you have no supporting documents. I wouldn't recommend vodacom rather use mtn or telkom much friendlier and helpful people.
