I would like to personally thank Pedro's Jabulani Mall's Manager (Meshack). He responded and dealt with my query with fasteners. I went to FatCake city Faitlands and bought a jeal worth R 74.00 (chips and russians). However, when I tasted the meal, it tasted moldy (clearly denoting that the food was either old or the old they used was old). I suffer from extensive diarrhea and because of the food I became sick. I sent an email (because I saty far sad couldn't being back the good) on Monday and all got (from fatcake city snd Stabley) was an apology and we'll look into it comment. I've send follow up messages, to no avail. Unfortunately because the food has stayed long in my fridge, they might say it got ruined because of staying longer in the fridge.
I bought meat at Quali Save at the Cosmo City Shopping centre. I did not know the expiry was today until I ate the meat (I don't have sense of smell so I couldn't smell it) but when I ate, I could taste that it's off. How do they put something like that on the shelf. I now have diarrhea because of the meat, I really not happy with that. I've had an allergic reaction to eating the meat now my whole body is itchy
Wonga gas been a great help to me in terms of providing a loan in times of need, however, I 2as debited twice this month and I sent numerous emails to dispute this but no one has ever came back to me. I really am dissapointed because that's my money and I have use of but it seems they don't care about that.
The level of u professionalism and not caring speaks volumes. I am so dissapointed in the college, there's a lot that happened and it just sad that even after all that happened I still wanted to go study here but the last straw was when I was given a lame excuse the a watsapp number to communicate my concern. The watsapp is there and I only got one response with no details and even when I sent a follow up questjon; no response was given to me. I'm never applying to study there or telling anyone I know to do so. Very dissapointed and amused by the lack of communication and changes.
I am dissapointed with African Bank, what happened to als are recorded for secutiy reasons? They go against the arrangements you made with them. I will never ever take any product with African Bank as they do not take to heart their customer's requests, please and arrangements to heart. NO RECOMMENDATIONS TO ANYONE I KNOW FOR ANYTHING OF THEIRS. Thank you.
I order food from Mellvile Steers via the Uber eats platform. Money was debited from my account but the I never received the food and when I go to Uber eats is says Unfilled and showing R 0.00 (i resume it means I did not pay) but my account sent an sms showing how much I had in my account and how much was left after uber eats took the money for the food. Now, I am calling both their numbers and no one is picking up and the chat box didn't help with much as it did not revolve the query for me. I am very disappointed that no communication about what's happening because my money was taken and nothing said about the order.
I had a complaint about the state of the food I received and the friendly stuff at Protea Gardens replaced my email and even apologized for the inconvenience. They showed that they are big of customer service and they are willing to do what to retain customers and I am happy to say I will be buying there more often and now I am confident I will get the well prepared order. Big ups to the Manager who ensured the query was resolved.
I have a complaint about the quality of food I received on Sunday when I bought food from your store. I bought a 15 piece meat and Rock my soul and the meat was not up to standard. The meat was not nice and it tasted moldy; there was not taste on the meat. I was very disappointed because I always by the meat from your shop and I come all the way from Tshiawelo to buy the meat so it was disappointing that I had to throw away the meat (the smell was bad and I couldn't bring it back because I had left for Cosmo already). Unfortunately I didn't take the picture.

I have a complaint about the meat we brought at Protea Gardens Branch (ams it's not the first time I have this complaint about my meal). Last time I bought 1 full chicken meal 2 months ago and it was half cooked and there was no sauce. I brought another meal yesterday (full chicken with chips, rolls and rice), to say I'm dissapointed it's an understatement. I specifically mentioned on the order that I want full done chicken with extra sauce, the chicken was half done and no extra sauce was provided. The chips were dry, burnt and we asked for basting sauce but they gave us sprinkled spice. The rice had no taste at all, it was not eadable at all. We didn't even get a slip in the package. We ordered via uber eats. The food was not of any standard and now the kids had to ear because there was no any other food available, I could not even eat the meal I ordered with my hard earned money. I'm ****ed of and honesty am dissapointed because it's not the first time and it keeps getting worser and worser. I really am going to put my query on all social media platforms so that other people don't experience the same experience u experienced. I should sent back the meal, unfortunately, kids were hungry and we had to give them the nonsense food we received, I couldn't even eat my food.
