Recently moved up to FNB Private clients. Worst possible thing. I was assigned a personal banker. On initial teams meeting I had a few requeat concerning help with my account. Its been more than a month and most of the stuff I had to deal with myself. I want FNB to change my account back to premier. Private banking is useless
Super terrible service from them. Had to beg for settlement letter for days, escalating it twice, then made a payment in full and asked for settlement proof. Emailed twice already without even getting a single response
Poor Management and performance. After getting a qoute for 2 tyres and 4 shock to be fitted and confirming my appointment. Arriving at the store they dont have stock. I had to walk and go buy shocks becuase they refuse to buy out from another supplier. Which by the way was 20 rand more. Terrible staff.
Slow and unresponsive service. I want a Manager to call me and assist with my new vehicle finance application. I am not getting the service I need.
Terrible service from TETA. Cannot apply in advance to renew accreditation, yet if I renew within timeframe it expires becuase TETA is slow and refuses to reply to any communication. Application was done in July, still waiting without a single response from multiple emails sent.
Very poor service delivery from Renault. My Mother has the Renault Kwid 2023 model. The petrol Gauge keeps getting stuck on a brand new car. All the service departments tell me every time is that the key must be taken out and the driver door opened to prevent this. This cannot be the solution. This is unacceptable. If this is a problem Renault should fix the problem not give my 60 year old mother that ****. I want a better solution
Horrible service from call center agents. ABSA made a payment to them and are trying to follow up. Direct Axis refuses to assist them. Then they conference call them with me (the client) and still refuses to assist. All I want to know is the payment reflecting or not. Useless staff
Someone from cancellations should call me asap. Cancelled a line in July but still recieve a bill for it.0820515001
Horrible cancellations department. They can fruadelantly upgrade your account within seconds without your permission but takes days to call you back to fix it. Or not even call back at all
I cancelled my policy in January giving the recommended time notice. In February they deducted a premium from me which I reversed. I contacted thm with a massive struggle as they never call back. Eventually they called back and said they made a mistake I should not have been billed. They promised me the cancellation email which till this day I have not received. End of March they deducted a double payment from my bank. How many peoples assess do I have to lick to get my policy cancelled.
