NEVER EVER INVEST WITH THIS BANK(FNB HORIZON VIEW, ROODEPOORT) **** no sense of urgency from the risk department even professional conduct
Waist of time they just favor this insurances and their service is bad.
First of all I gave 1 star because there is no option of not selecting a star which I dont understand why there isnt. Capitec does not deserve even a single star. They have *********** lazy impatient rude staff on their online platforms (customer service agent and credit department) who lack accountability. They just dont know what they doing just send one from pillar to post no one serves with effectively no results at all. They dont even bother to ask for their own system generated reference number just impatient wanting to transfer one elsewhere, where they also just passed the buck and wanted to transfer me again. Their system just closes a query without results and says no query was logged within last 30 days next time I checked within same week it says 60 days, systems are operated by lazy staff members hence this. Everytime you have to explain one thing over and over agian but you dont get resolution. I just want to close the stupid account they just ****mers.
So disappointed frustrated and drained with Nedbank staff failure to assis me with 1 thing for 3 years i went to branch they said contact center should help i called the contact centre they said no its the branch that is supposed to help went back to branch someone helped me but they actually messed up my profile or shall i say made the problem worse. Till today havent been helped. Contacted Enbi several times which they regard highly still not help. I have another issue now still with the original not resolved. Called contacted centre you made to hold forever until airtime runs out and yet they say its toll free. Went to Enbi again the agent told me i dont have that particular account because she can't pick it up. I have never seen this kind of incompetence.
If I could I wouldn't give that one star is just they dont provide an option of no star at all. Miway dont want to pay when its their turn to do so they do everything in their power to reject claims. They beat you down when you are at the lowest. Its so painful when a ********s break into your property and take whatever they want it is lifetime trauma. Then miway insurance that you have been paying religiously rejects your claim. If you want peace of mind stay away from Miway. In a nutshell my exprience with miway was shocking, disturbing, horrible extremely terrible. My whole life was turned upside down, I have NEVER LIVED MY WAY since this extremly terrible theft and loss and bad experience with miway
Roadside assistance division service is good including after service care they understand sense of urgency and go an extramile to help. Thank you
Their fibre is not so bad connection wise but during high stages of load shedding it nearly non existent. They hardly ever communicate with customers to give heads up and their fibre is over priced can get higher speeds for far less with other ISP s. Then there is their customer service worst nightmare cant get hold of them on the provided contact numbers their whatsapp also they take forever to respond and are never even helpful they leave you hanging without concluding the communique and not resolving your query. They also change contacts and office locations without informing customers. You go to 14th Ave they not there security refuse you entry sending you from pillar to post. They will send you a link for cancellations which is actually nonexistence. Their service leaves much to desire. If you want peace of mind stay away from Supersonic. They only available when calling to find out why you terminating. The lady called Tumi was forcing me to accept what she s telling me its my reason for terminating. They all lack customer service skill and are not proactive or willing to go an extramile to help they respond like programmed robots. Tumi is telling me they have realesed my line but i must pay full month bill. I have been trying to terminate since last year but due them being unreachable i struggled. She even told me that they couldn't be easily reached due to restructuring. Im wondering whose fault it is that they decided to restructure and fail to be available for their clients. The platform they use to invoice/bill us is always up to scratch but others for customer service and care are very slow or just seize to exist without customers being notified.
The 1 star I gave them they dont even deserve it. If you want peace of mind stay away from RCS game store card or any RCS card for that matter. They are *********** they keep you holding for very long transfer you to another division without explaining to them your query or problem. If they fail to give you answers they just hang up the phone. They dont even pay attention to detail on sensetive issues as *****ed store card, they just send me incorrect details about the account after claiming to have completed the investigation. During investigation they never border to update one on progress. Game staff are also clueless they dont bother to help they quickly jump to the phone and call RCS head office when RCS answers they dont bother asking which division is it so they can get you the right division to assist. They just say customer has a query and hand the phone over to you. Friday the 1st I was send from pillar to post over the phone by being transfered to various divisions. Eventually someone named Nosi tried her best to help me and said she will escalate to Billing and her manager. I will then receive answers within 48hours via e-mail and a call from the manager. Its Thursday today 56 hours later I havent received anything from RCS Game store card. Their cards/accounts are easily *****ed by ********s.I am not sure if they are doing anything about it or just take forever to investigate when one is being *****ed failing to meet deadline they undertook to meet they simply tell you there are having a lot of cases to Investigate. There is no sense of urgency at all and expect customer to accept whatever they tell them even though it doesnt add up. However when it comes to messages from collections they are very effective they will bombard one with messages from all platforms of communication.
The ﹰOmbudsman is not serving purpose it was established for, hence institutions like insurances are doing as they please or taking consumers for a ride together with service providers they contract e.g homeowner's insurance service providers , panelbeaters contracted with vehicle insurance. And then there is finance institutions (Liberty life no. 1). Ombudsman is biased *********** and very unprofessional. They fail to provide a simple update. I dont even think they do a thorough investigation process they have to follow. Insurance always has loopholes they use as an upper hand to reject client claims in order to avoid paying. That is the worst pain ever on top of traumatic experience one suffered wether crime or accidents in case of vehicle theft for example. Even a lesser expensive item insured like cellphone. Insurance will put salt on your wound or kick you when you are down by rejecting your claim after being a victim of crime. When they have been religiously debiting one accounts and increasing premiums. Miway is famous for that. You seek help from the Ombudsman they bury you and hit a final nail to your coffin.
Very bad service i experienced wuth my first ever claim after being insured with Absa Idirect for over 5 years. They took forever to respond after my claim was registered all they did, they kept phoning me and asking same question over and over again. Was finally assisted almost 3 months after claim was registered by one staff member who said was going through incomplete claim. Still all the damages to my car where not fixed. Their assessor declined approval of the rest of damages to be fixed when it was initially approved. Even today im still sitting with ugly scratches on my car. Im definitely leaving Absa Iderct im not happy at all. They send me after service questionnaire which i filled in within a week. After two months they called me wanting to ask me questions about service. It seemed to me that the lady didn't even realize i have been send the after service questionnaire link. Which indicates they never bothered to look into it.
