I lost WiFi connection in my house since 2am this morning. To this time we offline, I tried to inquire on their WhatsApp, only after 3hrs they responded in saying. Wi-Fi is restored and mine is still not , I made them aware. And they just responded that they will send someone on Monday. Is it fair?? I have been using their services for more than 3years
We bought gazebo on Monday of the week, only opened it on Friday to use it of the same week,it was blewed by the wind and the leg broke and we took it to the store and they promised to fixed it for us, every week they say the will call us to bring it the following day and they never did, I have evidence of our conversation with the manager, I’m so disappointed with their service, does it mean we must buy the new one?when the one we bought was not even 7days bought?

I bought brand new car in 2023, two weeks ago I experienced a window which is not closing ( I can’t drive the car) went to them, confirmed that there’s a damaged part on the window, ordered and warranty approved, and it will be delivered in 7 working days, I called on when seven days passed and they told me the company or manufacture has a courier problem , however they couldn’t tell me what problem it is., I now can’t drive my car which I am paying close to 8500rands monthly excluding an insurance, I need your assistance
My uncle who does not have an app bank has lost his money from his absa account, it shows someone sending himself or herself cash send to his number three times in one day, he went to the bank and they printed out a statement, showing-500 drawn 3times In one day and ABSA says they can’t help him,
I’m so feeling betrayed as they are deliberately delaying house life insurance payment for a house in Rustenberg, Watetfall east , no 50 Grasslands estate, it’s a deceased estate matter in which I am a co owner and the spouse has since passed on in 2021, Estate attorney are helpless because when we make follow ups with the insurance they keep saying they did not receive documentation which we have a proof that all required documentation were sent including power of attorney, this has a negative impact on the estate as the house is accumulating interests that are so high,

I have cancelled their insurance back in June 2023 due to their dishonesty when selling their products , to this date they are still taking my money from persal and they tell I must go to offices of education and cancel it myself which are far from where I am residing
