Been given a run around for my refund. Iv been reachingbout and allthey saying is its bieng escalated its been twp weeks simce i cancelled.

Iv been trying to get hold of transnet ****rnets finance department. My brothers late dad always mentioned he had enlisted him to get something when he passes. Our mom passed away in November. I recently logged a claim for my dad, his waiting period would have ended on 10th October. I wrote them an email pleading to them our financial situation at home to see if they can help. He was outside his waiting period by 6 days. They just called me now saying the claim was rejected and there was nothing g that they can do. What upsets me the most is that Capitec proves day in and out that the human element of thier business does not exist. The call was void and nonchalant not even condolences or a sighn of empathy. Changed my banking details about two months ago. I wasn't notified to verify anything until I was due a refund submitted the documents immediately. Been getting notifications to upload banking verifications for weeks. Now according to you it takes 21 days called in today was told the documents I uploaded were wrong. I went and reuploaded now I got off the phone I'm bieng told its another 21 days. Which I do not accept. Firstly I wasn't notified to verify details when I changed them prior the seas. Secondly. I waited almost 21 days after uploading to only be told they aren't correct after I had to call in. Now I'm told to wait another 21 days. I submitted another complaint. And guess what the turn around time is another 21 days. So either way for the document upload or complaint I have to wait am additional 21 days when I changed my details week ago? Absolutely bull. My order was returned to warehouse after numerous promises to deliver by the driver personally. Have voice notes and messages with the driver apologizing for not showing up on Tuesday due to work overload. He then promised to deliver yesterday morning. Called again past1 as i made mention I have obligations they said they'll be here in an hour. Guess what they never showed up. I called buffalo couriers after waiting in Tuesday and Wednesday with no delivery. I'm told to wait. Mind you I have a flight at 4 this afternoon and no one will be here until September. Called in guess what the agent dropped the line on me.
How is it possible that I baught this stove on may 7th. And today june 25th it's not working. No sighn of burn. Full power on and it's just not working. This is the second stove iv baught in less than a year and I'm not letting this one go! Your brand is a ***** and worse part is the shop doesn't want to take it after 7 days! What the actual he'll. Made a payment sometime last year. Even have up on them coz they couldn't assist me. I used the card number to make the payment the funds never went into the tyme bank account and was never reruited back to my account. Bunch of ****mers if u ask me. Been without internet since Thursday morning. After I had to call them two thousand times they finally sent out a msg stating they sending a technician on the 18th of June. At 17:14 I called after biengbhome all day due to taking a leave of absence at work. I was told they rescheduled it to 20th. No notification sent out to me. We have had to use prepaid foe almost a week I made the calls myself and missed out on a full day's work coz of too much wifi. Thier connection is great, service is pathetic costed mer loads of money. I'm speechless. To top it all off I dropped the line due to biemg out of airtime. Did they not send out a satisfaction survey instead of calling. Yhooo pathetic to the T if u ask me.
